It was a great experience going to this place. I got a real nice haircut and colour with a great price. I recommend it to all . great atmosphere and good service provided. They provide all services, and its cheaper and better than the other places i've been in.

I've been looking for a new hairdresser for a while now and thought that I'd give Chatters Heartland a try. I saw Renee and she was amazing! She really took the time to go over the colours with me and make sure that she knew exactly what I wanted. She was very informative and actually cared about the treatment of my hair (she gave me tips to use at home to maintain the colour and to keep it healthy). The salon was closing for the day and she stayed past the close to trim my hair and straighten it. She wanted to make sure that I was completely happy. Another employee Dew also stayed late and didn't rush me whatsoever, she made me feel very welcome. I will definitely go back to Chatters from now on. They are professional and very friendly.

Diamond necklace was taken from my mom also! As describe by myLan, my mom also experienced similar situation!! The esthetician asked her to take the nacklace off and took it from her to put it aside. My mom forgot to ask for the necklace back after the treatment and didn't realize it untill she got home. She went back to claim the nacklace right away but the owner didn't do anything. Nothing was done! At first we thought it might had been my mom's mistake, however, after seeing myLan's claim, I'm convinced that this was no accident!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Who know what else they do.

I have been coming to this Salon for about 8 yrs. Noreen and her entire staff have always and continue to be friendly and welcoming every single day. My experience has always been amazing and exceptional. They are very professional and always honest with all their clients. I recommend this salon to all my friends and family. It is a very comfortable place to spoil yourself. I rate this Salon 5 out of 5.

I’ve been seeing Steph for years. She’s cut, coloured and styled my hair from long brown hair, to pixie short platinum blond, pink, purple, grey etc...she knows her stuff, stays up to date on hair trends. I always get compliments on my hair, and frequently refer her to friends and family.

Came here from a recommendation and I'm so happy. More than reasonable prices, both ladies do fantastic work that's very quick but thorough. Super sweet and kind ladies.

Extremely overpriced for the quality. The back of my hair is choppy and I feel as though I will have to get my hair cut again and go even shorter. The woman then criticized me for not blow drying my hair, for the entire 45 mins she took. She accused me of doing something to my bangs, when I had previously mentioned that I had been letting my hair grow out and that my last hair cut was 8+ months ago. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, which is NOT what I got. This place is a joke.

I recently had microblading done at Unique Beauty Salon and I received great service. Mariya, who I believe is the owner, re-did my brows beautifully after another artist had done a horrible job. I know it was hard to work with what was already there but she made them look so much better than they did before. She was honest, funny and gave positive advice. I would def recommend for microblading services.

Bad experience. My appointment date was bungled by Jasmine, with whom I made the booking. They almost didn't want to take me in. I agreed to have my hair washed and just before my cut, I advised them I was also getting partial highlights (as I informed Jasmine at the time of booking). Khalid (hairdresser) got frazzled because I should not have had a wash first and said he didn't have time to do highlights; expected me to come back another day. Another hairdresser finished the job. This is a well appointed salon but I felt unwelcome here. Will not return.

Had a facial done by mish,who was very friendly,she did a great job. Thanks👍 On the same day had my nails done by Alex and Jesse,they were fantastic. They were also very friendly. I will recommend Marca college. Thanks 👍

I paid $250.00 for a colour correction toner... the toner faded within the first week. At first S told me that the price would be half of that and she would “fix” my hair. She applied a dark base a brown transition colour and the same blonde I had to create the “balayage” look.. 250 and when I asked why she raised the price she said “because of olaplex” I have gone to many different salons and I can promise I will not be coming back to this one. I wouldn’t have minded paying so much if the toner would have at least lasted.. keep in mind I bought the at home olaplex treatment ON TOP of that. Guys your hair is NOT worth $300+... KEEP IN MIND a I am a student.. lol do not come here. It is a money grabber, with little experienced staff.. “18 Years experience” my butt. Every other hair salon has told me I wasted money on this salon. Let me also add I was not paying that for the “experience” i had considering she still took multiple clients when doing my hair so the student was doing most of my hair. I complete REGRET my time here. So please guys, don’t waste your time. There are so many other places way better than this one..

Excellent eyebrow threading ! Very quick and efficient too

I was looking for a new salon in my area and made an appointment here. Although the place is beautiful and provides an impressive variety of services I wasn't pleased with mine. My hair is already blonde and I only needed my roots filled in and my hair toned. The stylist suggested I try a grey tone of hair because I only like ash blondes and the grey is in style. I was hesitant but did end up going for it and left happy. Once I got home in the light I realized some parts of my hair were blonde and some were grey, others were a very warm brassy blonde. I called and went back to have it fixed where in the end I was charged a second time for a service that should have been done right the first time. Even now my hair is still blonde and greyish but almost looks like it has a green hue. I have hardly washed out any toner and use a purple shampoo so it wasn't my doing, it was just a job poorly done. Not worth 265.00 for a simple job on short hair. I've had better.
