Excelente custumer service my sister and me go to this place 3years a go

Owner and stylistLafonia, supposed to get color retouch and flat iron per booked appointment. Also, confirmed I was there for retouch and flat iron prior to styling. However, she decided to change my original color, which I was not aware of until after it was already changed. Then she increased the price at the register an extra 40 dollars.This is like the 3rd time she has suddenly increased the price at register after styling. Very shady practices. Even referred 3-4 coworkers who spent money, still got ripped off. Didn't even have the decency to come speak with me after knowing I was upset and had issue with price increase. Also, do not like how she appears nice and friendly but talk about/makes fun of customers/visitors after they leave. Hope, the extra money she was pressed to squeeze out of me was worth it. Definitely, lost a repeat customer and any other business I have and would have sent her way. Partially my fault, I should have known when she was luring customers into shop with huge eyebrow threading for $6 sign but didn't offer the service, which is how I found out about shop. Also, should have cut my losses after she ripped me off the first time.

I've used Rose's salon since it opened, and Sara has been doing my color for almost 20 years. She does such a good job that people assume that my children got their hair color from me! Sharon does a wonderful job keeping my hair looking professional but not boring, and always listens carefully to my suggestions/ideas. 10/10 highly recommended!

I have had many amazing experiences at this salon. Tasneem is phenomenal and I would not go to anyone else for my eyebrows. Not only have I had a great experience with threading, but as long as I am in Richmond, I will not go anywhere else to get my hair cut! Lastly, I just had an amazing experience with Aja, who did a beautiful balayage for me. All of my beauty needs can be taken care of at Salon Tas! If you haven't been, I would highly recommend it! I'm forever grateful to the team at Salon Tas!

Wilmer gave me a haircut today that made every other cut I’ve ever had look like a bad haircut. He also explained exactly what I needed to do to maintain it and was very professional. He doesn’t just do hair, he does art.

Got a good haircut with little wait time at an OK price, but it took a long time and the stylist didn't speed up even though I told her I needed to get back to work.

As soon as you walk in they know who I am and are always offering refreshments. Very friendly staff and professional. Jenny the massage therapist is awesome as is Kim who cuts my hair!

My stylist Jennifer was awesome. She did amazing job with my hair. I will be returning to her for more haircuts.

So happy I read the reviews and went here! Mercedes did a PHENOMENAL job on my hair. I have never been to a salon with a picture and had it come out so perfectly until I met Mercedes! She took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted! Such a fan of this salon and her :)

I write this review with a heavy heart because my hair came out fabulously and Megan seems like a lovely girl, but trying to schedule with her was a nightmare and I have now moved to another salon. Megan was able to cut my hair once about two months ago and since then we have been playing phone tag, scheduling and rescheduling, and I have not been able to get my hair cut since. That first time she cut my hair it looked gorgeous, but Megan has even called me up a few times letting me know she had to cancel our appointment, move it around, or just flat out let me know she won't even be at the salon the day that I had an appointment with her. It's not entirely anything personal towards her, I get that people have issues and have lives to live, but if your personal life is interfering this much with your work life, then some things need to be reevaluated. If you have a job, you have a job and you need to do it. I would not recommend Megan on the grounds that I could never schedule with her and felt like I was on a wild goose chase.

April is a great stylist and knows her stuff. I've trusted my hair to her for 10 yrs.

Catherine was amazing. She was listening to everything I said and made my hair exactly like how I wanted t to be. They charged me extra for my extra long hair and valpak was not valid but I would definitely be there again for my next cut.

Love this place! Jenna has been cutting our hair for a while and we couldn't be happier. She always manages to get me in and does an amazing job! #blondeforever

I do not know who the hateful,evil,ugly troll is on here but I have known Ila for a very longtime too and she always spends lots of time and effort on my unruly,curly hair. I've never had any problems and if I did, I would tell whoever to their face and not slander the person or the business on the internet. I consider Ila, a friend,as well as my hairstylist.I've known her since she worked at Regis Hairstylist,years ago. To the sick,warped (liar) on here, you really need some spiritual work.Words are karma and what comes around,goes around.

Rachel is an amazing stylist! She gave me terrific advice on how to keep my hair healthy but still get the color I wanted.

Kaitlin gave me a really good blowout and trim ! I have super curly hair so I was very pleased that my hair came out silky smooth. Will definitely be coming back !
