Becky is amazing. She really takes the time to learn what works for you from visit to visit. Would not let anyone else touch my hair. The salon itself is a cool little spot.

Horrible customer service! I was completely dissatisfied with the style I asked for and she was unwilling to work something out with me. The owner was rude and short with me since she had my money. You could see a MAJORITY of my cornrows when they should have been hidden. Do not got here!

Wonderful. Professional. Calm. Creative. Those words describe Ife, the owner and stylist. She sees her clients one at a time - no overbooking - so she can connect with each one. Ife does a great job creating an inviting atmosphere with warm tea and a soothing voice. She checked the condition of my hair, talked to me about my preferences and because I knew how good she was from seeing other clients' hair, I told her to do her magic. I left with a beautiful style feeling renewed and well put together. I will be back.

Charged me $50 for 12 cornrows. They were fuzzy, loose hair behind my ears not incorporated into braids. Total waste of time and money. Its no wonder why they were empty on a Saturday. Avoid at all cost.

I get my hair cut there

Shes does good hair but putting up with her personality is hell. She not humble at all. In my opinion I would not waste my time with her she is ALOT to handle.

I took my 2 and 1/2 son here to get his first haircut. I did the first time haircut package which is adorable keepsake and love the idea of the place with the cars etc. I just dont think their stylists are good. I asked fornmy somnto have boy short hair but still length to it (because his hair was passed his shoulders long) and the stylist asked if I wanted layers and I said sure. Big mistake. It was choppy and uneven in the back. Looked like someone closed their eyes and went at it. I figured it but okay caused he grow out of it and now 2 months later his hair has grown a lot but still looks choppy and uneven in the back. Im going to try the richmond location because my son did do well there just the results were dissappointing.
