I remember I went there one time with my daughter she wanted to surprise me and get me some Goddess braids they first told us 15 per each braid and then they changed the price I also told them that I had my hair in a pony tail with gel and could I wash it out or did they have any water they said no proceeded to comb thru roughly through my hair and then they switched people on my head the second lady came and she continued going through it and then finally as she started braiding the First Lady came past carrying a bowl of water laughing it looked okay but my hair turned into dreads in less than a month had to be cut thankGod it has grown back but I will never go back very rude and unprofessional and for no reason and it was a very strange odor in place

Showed up an hour before they closed the store on a Saturday.
One lady said they were booked up because of one employee working with another customer and she (the desk girl) had already clocked out.
I could imagine this situation being less annoying if it was within 15 to 20 mins before closing, but an hour before hand, with the doors to the store still open, and an employee just kinda sitting and waiting around, nah, that's kinda bad for business.
