Not run well anymore..don't give you a gown to change..splash bleach all over ..color wrong..hair cut terrible..such a shame...

It's very hit or miss (more miss than hit honestly). I've had to get a haircut redone twice because of the inexperienced staff.

I went in here for a major change. I wanted about 6 in of hair cut off and something different. I have had some really bad haircuts in the past. Betty Symone (she goes by Symone) was amazing!! She asked questions, listened to what my vision was and brought pics up on her phone to give examples. I have never had someone listen to exactly what i wanted. She took her time and asked throughout the session if what she had done was good or if i wanted adjustments. I asked for a couple of adjustments and she was more than happy to make it happen. I am really impressed and extremely happy with my new do!! Thank you Symone for taking the time to listen!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I never knew that they did so much for men! The first time I was in, I was greeted by some very smiling welcoming faces, just bubbly and great energy. I proceeded to head back to the salon and found that they covered so many services for men, Emily, Jessica, and Tatiana were all there to answer any and all questions for me, great service! Jessica has been cutting my hair for over a year now and thoroughly enjoy it every time I go in there! The salon staff along with the entire store is just freaking awesome! I have never had a bad experience in Ulta! I was also informed of eyebrow services and facials! Becca is one of the best I’ve ever been to! I have sent multiple people in this store for the service and great people in it! The managers and staff are the best hands down! They listen to your every need, they are so willing to help and recommend based on budget and need, just excellent service! Love my Ulta Peeps :-) shout out to my favorites Emily Wilkinson, Becca Picavet, Tatiana Sandoval, Jesica Lietzen, and so many others I’ve come across! Go here for service!!!!!!

Nothing bad about the place per se because it’s a nice looking salon. My review is about the woman that did my hair. She wasn’t rude but just didn’t seem to have enough experience. Like, she didn’t balance my haircut from the left to the right side. Then she completely cut off my right side burn! Maybe she’s better at doing cuts for women but is terrible with the clippers. Don’t know her name and I won’t try to describe her. My normal stylist isn’t able to do my hair for a while so I’ve been venturing out in search of others. Ugh!! I hope this is short journey, lol!
