I've been getting my haircut here for 21 years and never once have I been dissatisfied. The staff are very experienced, friendly, and down to Earth.
Don't go to be treated like a god. Over the years, I've seen some pretty "sus" people be very rude and belligerent towards the staff. If you're genuinely unhappy with your service, don't be rude about it and remain calm; what's done is done. If you're nice about it the staff is happy to work with you. The meaner you are the more you seem like a jerk who is trying to get a free haircut.
