Phenix Salon Suites

I stopped into this salon for a quick haircut and to my surprise I walked into a salon of about 30 individually rented suites! A young lady helped me around the salon to see if anyone was available to take a walk-in appointment.
I'm so happy that I stumbled upon this salon. The stylists who I met were very polite and overall the salon is clean and well-organized. I recommend stopping in and checking out the different salons and what they have to offer.

I was told i had to wait for 30 minutes. When i came back in the 30 minutes they told me Id have to wait 20 mins tops. I ended up waiting about 45 more minutes. I showed my stylist 4 pictures of what i wanted and she still didnt get it right (plus she cut the back of my neck up a bit). This is the worst hair cut Ive had in years. I look like a teenage boy. This place used to be way better. Very upset. Im too embarrassed to go in public without a hat now.

Terrible!!! Made an appointment for two girls. When we got there we waited 30 minutes and still neither of my girls were sat. The stylist, the receptionist and a girlfriend were shaving the head of a man. ALL THREE! We walked out and went to Great Clips. Received service right away...imagine that.
