I love shopping at ULTA. However, the ULTA at this location on Airport Road is the worst! I would not go there ever again! I was there with my sister. She asked one of the associates for assistance, the associate questioned her and then treated her as if she was stealing! I would not shop there again! Poor customer service!

I went in and saw Tricia and she completely ruined my hair. She over thinned my hair and made horrible uneven layers. I called and saw Tiffany and she fixed it the best she could. We would have had to cut another 1.5-2 inches off to get it even again. She fixed my layers and tried to soften the blunt lines, but your still able to see some of them. Tricia has a reputation of messing up horribly and not realizing she did anything. Tiffany is great, avoid Tricia.
