Great atmosphere. I like that they don't blast raunchy music or trashy soap operas like some salons I have been to The ladies do a great job on my hair as well.

I have been having my hair cut by Ann for over 10 yrs now I've never been dissatisfied... Ann is wonderful..very professional her attention to detail is impeccable..and she's a great person to have a conversation with.. couldn't ask for more!!!

So I went into the shop being new from the area and my aunt brings my cousin here for her back to school hairstyles. I needed a style for college so figured I would go there since she's kind of the only one out here. So I wanted jumbo box braids which she told me on the phone would be 120 but when I got to the shop she told me it's five dollars a pack when she said the price included hair. I let that go. She didn't personally work on my hair and had a younger , less experienced person do my hair. I HATEEEEEE scraggly ends and lemme tell you my hair is full of them. She charged me extra for my length (mid back) and made the ends so scrawny that it looks like someone down the block did it for 30 bucks. Then I asked her to put color in my hair and said I would pay for a full pack. She told me that since it was only a couple braids I shouldn't use the whole pack. So she proceeded to go to the back room and pull out this nest of colored hair. And stretched it out and put it in. Now I wouldn't have a problem with that if at the end she hadn't charged me for a full pack of hair. The girl kept undoing the braid and redoing it she had to be a trainee and then at the end burned the braids but when I came home saw it was barely near with split ends sticking out everywhere. The kicker came when it came to getting my change she told me she assumed it was her "tip". LIKEEEEE WHETTTT???? Worst place ever for my hair to come out looking like Keisha down the block did it. Not worth the money. Go to Alternatives Hair Studio that's where I got my braids last time and came out beautiful.

I have had Linda as a hairdresser for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with styling and coloring it. She is really all about what her client wants without being afraid to let you know what will and will not work. She is a genius with dyes and you are guaranteed to leave looking even better than you would have imagined. And to boot, she doesn't charge an arm and a leg like most of the other places. I absolutely recommend her, she is a gem!

I love going to see Ashley and Connie! My hair always comes out looking fantastic. I especially love seeing that they participate in community fundraising and have been part of the community for many years. There is definitely a HomeTown vibe. It's obvious they care about their customers as there are often many many repeat customers. I plan on making the 45 mile drive to get my hair done for many years!

Service is super fast and the staff is friendly. The space is beautiful. I got a shampoo, blowout and trim and am very happy with the results. I highly suggest Salon Evol!
