the owner gave me a nice haircut, but if you pay by credit card, the salon charges a fee to use your credit card. they said they'd call me when a hair product I used came in stock, but they never called. the price for haircuts in clearly marked as $10, but they charged me $30. and lastly, the place is dirty.

Just had my hair cut by Gladys yesterday - she was awesome! I have had several bad cuts in the past couple of years so I have been leery of getting my hair done. She was patient, listened to what I wanted and checked with me as she did the cut. SO glad I came in!

I absolutely love Stephanie Helle at Cranberry location. I followed her here from her old salon. It is so hard to find good customer service which she provides. Nice and caring and knows what she is doing. I am a climatologist too but don't practice it but she reminds me of myself when I cut hair. You have to listen to customer and talk with them. Find out what they want then offer suggestions to ensure their hair and texture will work to get desired results. Stephanie goes above and beyond. Never rushes you out of her chair. Very knowledgeable. I recommend you give her a try and guarantee you will not be disappointed. Will be going back to her again and again and again. I didn't only find a stylist I found a friend.

I had my hair cut there and I said, " you're the artist!" Well let me tell you how many compliments I got on my new style! I will never go anywhere else!
