Cassidy is the best! I am extremely picky with my hair and it took me a very long time to find someone who could highlight my hair the way I wanted it. After my first appointment with Cassidy, I knew I would be a client for life because my hair was perfect. She is extremely friendly and personable which is so important to me. Stop searching for another hair stylist now because Cassidy is the one. Oh, try out body sugaring too from her. I have only had my eyebrows done, but I would love to get more done in the future. It is like waxing, but doesn't hurt as bad and is natural. Give it a shot, you won't regret it!

Lisa and Susan are both really nice ! Both are good at cutting and styling hair.

I just go for haircuts but they've been good to me for the past three years. Friendly staff and the wait time isn't too bad either unless it's really busy. Fortunately, I can just tell them I want a haircut and they give me a wait-time so I can get groceries done return to get my hair cut.

A bad experience gone completely right!!! Many thanks to my stylist Erin Bair for getting me in so quickly in her busy schedule to make a much needed fix to a gone-wrong haircut two days earlier. I walked into the salon and couldn't have been treated any better. My coat was taken and hung in the closet for me. Within two minutes I was back in the chair explaining what wasn't done for me the last time with a different stylist and what I wanted from Erin today. She was very empathetic and attentive. And in the end everything was on point. Exactly what I wanted and asked for. I was also given a gift bag of samples and trial sizes of products that I would use in my everyday routine. Again, somebody was listening. And finally, I got a personal apology from the manager before I left. And everything was completely free of charge. This was an A+ experience. InStyle salon is a class act and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in search of a salon/stylist. Ask for Erin Bair. She is truly the best! Thank you InStyle. And thank you Erin!

Never the same hair stylists when I go. Didn't like last hair cut.

Friendly people who do a good job

I've been going here regularly for a couple years.. and usually okay with my haircut. Sometimes you have to fine tune your cut after you get home. But my last experience will be my last at Supercuts. I wouldn't let the young girl with the jewelry hanging from her nose cut my grass.. let alone cut my hair. Didn't listen to directions.. cut way too short. Usually a stylist will cut it to a length then ask if you'd like it shorter. Not this girl.. she went straight to the roots without batting an eye. Or maybe her eyes were just closed. Usually I get a haircut every 6 weeks or so.. The only plus side is I won't need a haircut for at least 12 weeks. Feel bad for giving a bad review.. just avoid any girl that looks like she's too young to drive.

Sandy did a great cut on my hair today. She will take the time to find out exactly what you want before she starts. Very happy with the results!
