Costumer service is like no other

I give this place five stars because Grace took me in even though I was running late. Plus she transformed my thin Asian hair into this really beautiful and voluminous Korean pop star hairstyle, which is this short bob look and I highly recommend to others. She definitely worked her magic on my hair. I noticed that after I left the salon the wind kept messing up my hair, but my hair still had this effortless bounce and shine to it and eventually went right back in style! Even my friends and co-workers complimented on how great my hair looks and I told them to go to Grace Hair Salon in Somerville. Grace herself is really skilled at what she does. She even asked me lots of questions along the way to get my hair perfect and she is super friendly. She washed, cut, dried and styled my hair! She even brushed off all the small hair pieces that were left on my face and back neck. The price is worth it and I will definitely be coming back :)

I tried this salon today for a gel mani pedi and loved it! Isabel did an amazing job. She is a perfectionist when it comes to your nails! I will go back!

Lisa, is a very open and understanding specialist, who can advise or do with your hair what you want her to. Love the atmosphere, friendly attitude and the fact that I'm in the centre of attention as the only client at the time. Kind of a VIP service.😎🙂

Talin is a genius, best hairdresser in town. Beautiful salon, I never go anywhere else. Call two days in advance for an appointment, yes, she's that good!

Pat and the team at Bellagio are excellent - they are skilled, attentive and thorough. I've had my hair cut, highlighted and styled here and I've been happy with the results. Pat has also done my makeup before an event and it was fantastic. Very glad they've come to Watertown - would highly recommend!

Meghan is the best. I have very thick, wavy hair that is a huge pain, and she has been able to tame it and craft hairstyles for me that I can actually keep up without hours with a hairdryer. She is also incredibly warm and welcoming and makes my hair appointments a treat. Big fan of the new salon as well.

My hair dressor Jessica is AMAZING and can do wonders on hair. My hair was severely damaged by me dying it with the stuff you get at Walgreens and CVS. You would not believe your eyes after she manged to remove virtually jet black hair to my natural hair color of light brown with blonde hi-lights. You would think she was a magician thats how good it came out. And only took a few hours. Everytime I go the atmosphere is great with conversation and laughter. I love my hair dressor!!💟💟💟💙💙💙

I have been trying to find a good hair salon for a while now and when I found Phoenix Hair Salon, I thought I would give it a shot, and am very happy that I did! I came in not really knowing what I wanted exactly, and Sherry talked me through it, giving me her honest opinion on what she thought would/wouldn’t look good. She gave me really nice blonde highlights that looked amazing on my dirty-ish blonde hair. I am so happy with the way it all came out! I’ll definitely be coming back for my next hair appointment!
