Nails people suck. They work as if they are cleaning a toilet and leave you in pain that lasts days. Zero massage time. The outcome is awful too. Rough heels and hang nails. I was better off before. I tried them twice because I thought it could have been a mistake or lack of experience. Cheat me once, it’s on you. Cheat me twice, it’s on me. Oh, and the place is expensive so you expect a spa experience. The basic nails place next to the Path might be a less painful experience at lower costs. Never going back to Salon Be.

deep conditioning, color, fun, and very personal. they will do what you want, not pushy at all. the atmosphere alone is worth the memories, alone, go visit.

I've been to this salon twice after shopping around for a good salon for about a year...The stylists are so professional and welcoming. They're also really efficient I never feel like I'm waiting around. I LOVED my hair each time I left. The last thing I'll say is that Nappstar is creative with their styles too! Definitely my goto place if I want to get a wash & retwist.

As long as Lily is in the city, I will not be getting my hair cut with anyone else! So glad I found her bc she cuts and styles my hair to perfection and unlike anyone I'd come across in a REALLY long time. A gem!

Negative five stars. This experienced has RUINED MY IMAGE. Horrendous haircut. So many adjectives come to mind. ONE HALF OF MY HEAD IS 1.5 INCHES SHORTER THAN THE OTHER -- HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT? A strikingly poorly carried out, unbalanced composition. Stylist did not cater to what I clearly explained I wanted, nor did she apply any sort of artistry in the cut or style. I explicitly told her I did not want generic layers -- of course she layered my hair like crazy, a generic failure. I want to cry -- I spent a year growing my hair out only to have it SO MISERABLY BOTCHED. There is NOTHING I can do to correct my botched haircut myself -- meaning I have to dish out another $50 -- what the...? iCOMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE INDUSTRY. Save yourself the utter misery -- research reputable salons and ask for an experienced stylist.

I had a spa wellness gift card to use. When I called to make appointment I was told they accepted the GC. Well low and behold when it was time to pay, guess what they did not! Also they're brochure on the counter has all the incorrect prices. Needless to say it was my first and last time I'm going there. PS , i did enjoy the pedicure I received but definitely not worth 37.50!
