This place is great!! Perfect atmosphere and friendly stylists!! I can’t wait til I need my hair done again 😊😘

Ever since I found this salon a little more than a year ago I have been in love. You will not find any other place more professional, punctual, helpful, beautiful, eccentric, educational or amazing as this one. This changed my entire thoughts about salons. I am so used to going to a salon and sitting there for hours on end waiting to even get in the seat. All the staff is wonderful. The appointment process is accurate and the best thing since sliced bread. you will not be disappointed when you go here because your appointment will take the time that it says online so you can plan your day accordingly. That is one of my favorite things about Taji's and my other favorite things would be their products that they use, their products that they sale (hair products, jewelry, t-shirts) and the things they offer in the salon like tea, coffee, water and light snacks. There is a ton of print around the salon and of course free wifi. There are cookbooks for different lifestyles, photobooks of different styles to help some people decide what they want done to their hair and educational books about natural hair. I am always impressed with the different books I find laying around and I always learn something new. You can kick your feet up (literally) while under the dryer. They really go the extra mile to make sure their clients are comfortable. I can tell by all the things around the salon that Taji and her staff try to encourage others to live holistically and I need the support in that area. Everyone is so knowledgeable on the subject of natural hair and it just makes me feel empowered personally. I started my locs here and I have rough days where I am not sure if I want to continue but every time I go in to have my hair done I am encouraged to keep going on this journey. Any of my questions about my hair or my children's hair is answered thoroughly and that just means the world to me as a mom of 4 small daughters with natural hair and me living in a town where no one looks like us. This place is essential to my life. I will NEVER go anywhere else. I appreciate them very much.

This is the 3RD CONSECUTIVE TIME I’ve visited this establishment and the stylist were arguing while doing someone’s hair. Today was it, I walked out and WILL NEVER be back. I’m so sick of the drama there.

Only salon operating on this schedule it works great with my crazy retail schedule. I suck at making and keeping appointments an when I call she always fits me an, not to mention the most important part I always leave looking better than I did when I entered 😉

I have been to many salons and spas in my years of travel and more so when I was working in the field of entertainment and television. From Warren Tricomi and Paul Labrecque Salon & Spa both in New York City , to West Hollywood where I went to Sally Hershberger salon . Fredericks has some of the best hospitality and down to earth stylist who are paralleled with a genuine desire to be of service and make you feel important . I can't tell you how nervous I was, I was a walk in with a mess that Required immediate color correction, my anxiety began to lessen when I noticed this lady that kept leaving her area to come check on my hair and the correction, finally I asked the stylist" is that the owner ", yes she replied .. I thought to myself wow wow She must have come over to my chair 15 times to see if the chemical was taking and turning out ok. I had a great stylist Katelyn who was very informative and comforting to add to that the lady owner added such a overwhelming sense of assurance that all would be ok ! If you're ever in the area and are looking for somewhere to get Color or a haircut. Male or female, it doesn't matter they have a very diverse staff from all backgrounds. I am truly blessed to have bumped into this place by accident for I called the Paul Mitchell school and they were not the most hospitable on the phone so I headed to the ultra tan and it's like God put Frederick's hair design right in front of me. I'm so grateful for the new friends I met there and if I could give 10 Stars I would Highly recommend this place to anyone in the Fayetteville or surrounding area Y'all Rock !!! C

Friendly staff. (That is the ONLY reason for 2 stars) My hair turned out decent...but they are WAYYYYY overpriced. $200 for highlights and 1/2 inch trim?! That is a bit ridiculous. I didn't even need to be toned. I could have went to a 5 star place from where I am from and got 2 people's hair done for that price...and turn out way better. They also push products, which is common at salons, but they were just really pushy with it. It was just opportune timing which had brought me here. Will not return due to price. I could not afford that every 2-3 months. CRAZY!

I just love going to Lourde's. No long waits the ladies are very processional and they care about your hair and the best this is that is not smelling like a bunch of hair burning. Thank you Treesa! See you soon!!!

They do such an amazing job. My son moved so much and screamed and the lady who did it worked like a pro around his tantrum. These ladies are truely gifted
