Today was my firat time to Hair Cuts and Style. I had the opportunity to meet with Brianna. (Apologize for anything misspelled.). She was amazing and listened to what I described for my hair cut. I have not had someone so gentle with hair before hand. It really was an enjoyable experience. Plus she was my therapist for today (haha.) Would definately come to see her again. Thank you. Oh and the facility is a healthy open area that offers coffee, candy, childrens puzzles, tv, you name it. 5 stars.

I started going their, had a few different workers do my haircut. The best one I had was Erin. She remembered me when I went in, remembered what I wanted and also did a top notch job. Thanks a lot

Rude, unfriendly and very unhelpful staff. Acted like i was an annoyance at the counter. A feeling that you are unwelcome and a general nuisance is the feeling I get there(on several occasions). Worst Ulta I have ever visited,would rather have gone to Hagerstown to shop in order to hopefully to get some customer service. I did get the item i wanted at the store,it was in stock which is why I gave 2 stars because I got what I came for,(nobody in the store greeted me or offered to help) I will go out of my way to avoid this store in the future,I would order on line before I would go to this store again.

I got my cut about a week ago on a Sunday and I do not know where to start. I'm from Alexandria, Va where a good cut is on every block but truly Martinsburg is not the same until I found good looks. I had an appointment with Wahid but he was running behind and let me go to the next barber ( which most barbers wont let you do by the way) and this guy was awesome he did exactly what I wanted mid skin fade and left some on top. The fade was what I had been looking for! I was so happy I forgot to ask the barbers name but he had dreads and cut on the furthest seat. If you need a good cut definitely go here it's worth the wait no bs! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone I know!

First time at 9 West Hair Salon..Staff was wonderful! Amanda cut my husband's hair and mine as well. She listened to what we were looking for, and gave us both the cuts we wanted. Looks like we have finally found our Stylist! THANK YOU AMANDA! 😊

Relocated a few months ago, so glad I found out about this place, it's been my third time here, I'm now a regular ,Love Angela, the owner, everyone has been wonderful, I would never go anywhere else.

Trudi has been cutting my hair for last 25 years plus .. She cut mine ibn flat top style of late 60's when no one else in Martinsburg knew how ... By the way have seen her be so patient with a screaming kid that the parents thought was so cute , I'd have suggested they bring child back another time...My dad would have right in front of everyone busted my butt for acting out like that not thought it was funny and then expect her to cut it right ... Never could get the barber shops here in Martinsburg to cut it right when moved here in 73

I have been going to Cristallo Blu for several months. Sheila does my hair and she does a great job, aims to please and I am very happy with the salon and the service I receive there.

Beautiful inside, so many services offered. Hair coloring & styling, massage, facials. Mani, pedi's. Staff was excellent. I highly recommend a visit.
