Really impressed by the tremendous quality customer service and my fantastic cut at the Chatters Hair Salon. Everyone was so welcoming and caring and the cut was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Trisha and the rest of the team, definitely found my new salon!

Best reasonable place

Had such a pleasant first visit here for a cut. Claire was my stylist. She listened to what I was looking for and quickly cut and styled my neglected hair. All the staff was friendly, I was greeted right away and given some tea. Thanks Claire! I'd definitely go back!

This place is disgusting Long wait .. after a long wait she couldn't make it .. some random lady start doing my eyebrows and she left nothing behind so basically I have no eyebrows I'm using pencil at this moment and she needs to charge me full I will give +0* this shop😬

This used to be my go to place in Airdrie but since the new management/owners have taken over the quality of the work is awful. They had the heat turned off, one person working and doing three pedicures at once. We each had to sit with our feet in the cold baths. I had to remind her she hadn’t done my cuticles on one of my feet and the removal itself was awful. Will not go back.

Literally the worst threading job ever .. I came in to get my eyebrows done before my wedding and she did a horrible job . She is overpriced for the low quality work .

I will never go back. They f***ed up my nails. Took forever. My white tip is more of a fun bet half my whole nail white tip and instead of coffin I got half coffin and half flared and I just can’t even.

Did not have a good visit at all. My daughter was so upset from the hairdresser. We didn't know she had lice eggs in her hair (had we wouldn't have been there!). The lady made it seem as though we knew and didn't care. She then stormed off to the back versus giving advice on what I could do. I have never had to deal with this issue before so was very unsure on what to do for treatment. My daughter was heartbroken and felt as though it was her fault.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!I called to find out prices on packages and such and she was very rude,She sounded Like it was a big deal and the end of the world to tell me a few prices...She then asked me how old i was and when i told her i was 23(i actually am 23...) she said with a very rude attitude "Oh...Well you sound like your 16" Suprised with her response,i continued and ask again about the prices and she then asked if i knew where they were located..I told her i did because i worked down the street from there and she then got angry and said" are you the girl from Tan lines calling for my prices again?If so just ask me and ill tell you them,And stop acting like your someone else!!" I then told her i wasn't,I worked at an electrical company a few streets away and she reply with" well you sound just like that girl that calls all the time!!.."She continued not beleiving me.She had a Rotten attitude from the second she answered the phone! I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone!! And will be going elsewhere to go tanning!! even if it means spending more money to do so!

I have been going for nail fills here for over a year. Rose is fast but doesn't compromise quality; I am always pleased with her work and customer service.

The haircuts are amazing. They really take care of you without breaking the bank. The hair colours are perfect! I know I'm a guy but, I'm really picky! Nails I don't know. I hear lots of exclamation in the other half about their work! I would totally trust that they would take care of my wife's nails!
