My Daughters absolutely Love coming to Helotes Pediatric dentistry, they make it so fun and enjoyable. From the moment you walked in your greeted with a welcoming smile. These ladies are the best, they make it fun with video games and toys and tablets so they can watch movies during their exams. Dr Moreno is so wonderful with my girls that they donâ€™t fear going to their dentist appointments. She is so kind and gentle. My four year old used to cry every since time we went for a dental visit but one of their Hygienist Pauline sang her a song as she was cleaning her teeth and made it absolutely 100x better for her.mind you they have their own orthodontist in the office. My middle child had her first visit with Dr Folk and We both absolutely Love her!! She explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you feel comfortable with your decisions. I highly recommend Helotes Pediatrics and Dentistry to anybody looking for a Amazing dentist office !!!

Very friendly and professional office staff. Made my one year old feel comfortable on his first trip to the dentist. Everyone asked if we had any questions and took time to explain the purpose and flow of the visit. Dentist was kind and patient, he did not seem phased that my child did not want him inside his mouth. Quick, efficient office! Highly recommend.

Exam was fine. The wait for the dentist to come check my son was really long. At least 20 minutes. Supposedly 3 dentists in this office now. Maybe there was only 1 that day. I finally asked one of the hygienists what was taking so long.

Made my 3yr old feel really comfortable at a moment when she terrified. The staff was over all really friendly and professional. Were definitely going to keep bringing our kids here.

Dr. Moreno & the rest of the team were amazing. It was my daughters first trip to the dentist and they made it quick yet informative so my little one wouldn't get overwhelmed. She was able to confirm a lip tie that many other doctors and lactation consultants missed. I highly reccomend them and we can't wait for her next appointment!
