I love , love, love this place. The steak was one of the best steaks I have ever had. The service was over the top! This will be one of my go to ... I highly recommend the New Yorker!

Great food. Excellent steak, really good salads, amazing potatoes & first class desserts. Good presentation. Service can be hit and miss, it ranges from acceptable to very good depending on the server. Ambience & furnishings could benefit from a do over but I go here for the food.

We did the $39 three course deal with shuttle to the theater. Worth every penny and beyond! The atmosphere is lovely. Valet parking right on site. Shuttle to the theater and back was included. Regarding the food, it was generous portions and delicious. I had the wedge salad, filet and creme brulee. Wines are affordable and good. Amazing service. Will defiantly eat here next time we go to the theater.

I came here with high expectations after reading the positive reviews on Google and seeing 4+ star rating. I sat at the bar as I was dining on my own. Bread was dry. Butter was hard. Oysters were tired and dry. Lobster risotto was decent, but uninspired. Tasted better after some Tabasco. I should've tried the steak instead ($53) as it's hard to get that wrong. Service was okay. Not worth the price I paid unfortunately.

The host was nice, but when we stepped in for drinks and dessert after the symphony, once a server stopped to drop off waters, we literally had no one speak to us for 15 minutes. Finally we left after no one ever came to take our order. The couple next to us did have the server interact with them, but he was rude and incredibly brusque. I love the food here, and have been numerous times, but find the service is incredibly hit or miss. Especially when I come here for drinks or dessert, it feels like the waiters are being burdened by my presence. That's fine, plenty of places in Salt Lake that have great food and much better service.
