Update: 3+ months after I returned my rental car I was billed for tolls and administrative fees, and was not provided any kind of documentation showing the toll charges occurred while I was in possession of the car. Luckily my credit card company flagged and rejected the charge.....Rental process was easy, and straightforward. My girlfriend left her makeup bag in the car accidentally, and they mailed it to us only charging the cost of shipping. Nice people, professional and helpful.

WHAT A SCAM! They only gave us 300km a day so we had to pay more. On the day we returned the car, we arrived at 7:30pm. They at first charged us $135 more for being over the km's bought. However, we already paid more than $800 for 3-day rental. After being confronted, they said it was a mistake and refunded us. BUT! They said because we returned the car after 8pm, they had to charge $50 more, ON TOP OF the daily rate we already agreed to pay because we were late. SERIOUSLY??? You guys charged us more by mistake and wasted so much time, and asked for another $50 for being bothered after 8pm? And at the time we left the store, it was 8:05pm, the clock in the store, however, was 8:15. NOT ONLY THAT, this is the good part, the guy who we talked to, after being confronted, keeps wandering around where we sat. Some other friends and I were waiting outside for someone to pick up. We were not even close to the store. He kept wandering around in his car and rolled his window down and mumbled something when he passed by us. We HAD TO record a video for our safety. We were so close to call 911. All of this is not about the $50, it's such a dishonest business, if I have to call it a business. If you want to be ripped off and be scared, come to this place. AND TO "THE BUSINESS OWNER", whatever your response is, just read your other reviews first. All bad reviews are saying the same thing, so be smart and see if we are telling the truth.

The reviews below talking about how they add fees are crazy accurate. In my experience, these people called me at 5pm to return the rental when they found out my car was ready from the body shop, giving me only an hour to return a car that I had for a good month. I asked if I could do it the following morning since not only did they wake me up because I was sleeping for a night shift I had to work but I already knew the car wasn’t filled with gas and they said no....lol what? You give someone an hour to return a car they had for a month and think that makes sense? Ended up paying $200 because there was a stain in the backseat apparently and paid for the stupid gas. You guys are lucky I’m not a broke person who fights over two bills. Hope you enjoy my $200 for something so stupid, but not only will I make sure nobody I know uses your rental services but I’ll leave this review so future customers will be aware of the bull you guys like to pull. PS if you guys are going to rent cars to people, make sure ALL the tires are fully filled with air since I had to pump the tire on that rental twice , the first time being the VERY FIRST HOUR OF GETTING THE RENTAL And in response to my review, I not only had a male tell me it was a stain, I have a voicemail saying a stain and a brother to confirm that he also heard the word stain. You guys can’t even get a simple lie straight? Embarrassing. My insurance company would have allowed me to pick up my car the following morning, which I also got confirmed. Nice try Xoxo ;)

I would like to give this business 1/5 or event 0/5 if I have a choice. I really want Google Review to provide an options for customer to reply to owner response. My friend Jess and Haley wrote review a month ago and look what the response from the owner. First, from Haley review. We arrive at your office after hour when you closed. We got it, but we told you over the phone, we call you 3 times to update with you where we are. Your son/employee messed up with the calculate when we returned the vehicle and he stayed 5 minute over because he messed it up, and he charged us $50 because he messed up calculation and stayed late for 5 minute??? Would you agree that is fair? Your son/employee makes a mistake, and is it ok to charge customer $50 extra on their bill because of your mistake? To Business Owner - I do know you do not care for your business review because it may not affect your business much. So why care to reply and respond. Read all the review again, why people are upset with your business service and everyone keeps saying the cost is not clear. I know all of us is not going to rent with your company again and we are still telling all people we know as much as we can to avoid the same happen to them. And you can reply whatever you would like to and we are still going to stay away from your business and really thankful for such a bad experience to learn from your business.

SCAMMER ALERT! Very dishonest staff! We rented the 2018 Pilot for the long weekend and paid for extra mileage which totaled to 2100km. We drove 2098km in total and the staff wanted to charge us for exceeding the standard mileage. The staff later confirmed with his boss that we already paid in advance and had to refund the double charge. Because of the refund, he stayed 5 minutes over his working hours and charged us $50 extra (on top of $20 fee for 1 hour late) for that. This is absolutely unacceptable, why should we pay for 5 minutes late fee when he was the one that messed up the payment in the first place?
