Great place to hang out on a hot day with a boat except it gets busy on the water

This property is in transition and undergoing renovation so parts may be closed. Call ahead. We were there for a family reunion and it was fantastic as it suited all our needs. Charming self-catering heritage house for some of us, shady and quiet RV spaces for those with RV's and quaint bunkhouses for the other campers in our group. Shared cookhouse was a great gathering place. Only 20 minutes from Drumheller, this is a quiet and shady alternative if you are visiting the Tyrell.

Lots of fun visiting this tourism office and shop. Lots of cool Star Trek items to see. Will be back again some day.

Had our boat motor fixed. Runs great.

Nice place to visit and fish. Be careful when the waves become choppy in the late afternoon.

Great place. Can easily spend a couple of hours here. History is well documented and the displays are awesome. Give them a call or visit their website for schedules and special displays.

Clean bathrooms, cute shop, nice grass area with picnic tables in the back for lunch and photo ops.

Great little lake for swimming.

Fantastic place, just wow. A lot of lake access. A lot of boat launching points. Many people list their cabins on Airbnb. It is a lovely getaway. 100-mile house isn't far away if you need anything. Just wonderful.

This place is an amazing gem. Huge thanks to the local Lyons for making it possible. If you visit, please respect this place.
