Good place to launch your boat in the city. Decent amount pull-through trailer parking spots, but it is often full on busy days. Overflow parking on the side of the road is possible.

What a stupid commercial of a kid drowning in the bath tub and the mom says "oh my gosh no!" Get that off the air it's embarrassingly distasteful.

My daughter was on a Dragon Boat team. Parking isn't easy on competition days but the area was well set up and they'd brought in food trucks!

A great place to hang out with friends or just to grab a quick bite to eat. Over the course of a week's vacation, we stopped in several times to the Forks for bike rentals, tourist information, entertainment, transportation, and of course, food. There are so many things to do and places to explore. This was the perfect home base for my active kids while vacationing.

I still remember the owners' neighborliness when my partner and I came to their shop last year to pick up equipment and a map for the Mantario Trail. We're not from Winnipeg, so we didn't figure out the public transit system well enough to get to their store before closing. But the owners (or managers, a father-son duo I think) were still there so they let us in to browse around their (very nicely equipped) store and helped us find all that we needed. Then we realized we were a looooong way from where we were staying, so the son decided, "Well, I'm on my way home and there's space in my car so why don't I give you guys a ride home?" It was not at all on his way home, by a long shot, but he just thought, well better a small detour for me, than a long way home for you. We were really touched and blown away, but when we told our host, she wasn't at all surprised since she's been going to Wilderness Supply for years. Needless to say, I recommend.
