Division Number: 596353 Hello, In the early spring, we decided to renovate our house from top to bottom. We had hired plumbers, elections, contractors, and Towne & Countree to do our kitchen and home. We had picked out the material that we really enjoyed with Tanis. She ended up coming over to do some measurements to our fount door dividers , bathroom vanity and the kitchen cabinets. With the kitchen, we asked her to build a pantry and the wall where the pantry was suppose to go would have a microwave shelf. Next to it was a plug about nine inches from the floor. I had asked her to keep the plug there and to not have it covered up because that was something I didn't want to get rid of. I had asked her if I would of needed to get the power shut off and she replied by saying no. We ended up talking some more about the pantry design but before we moved on. I had asked her one more time "do I need to shut this power off?" and she replied with "no". So in the kitchen, it is very small and every inch counts. I did tell her that I didn't want to move the pluming because I didn't want any problems. Under the sink is where we keep our household products. She did tell us that she would make room for them. Next to cupboards that are under the sink, I had asked her if she is able to make more room for our pots and pans. She explained that a "two shelf roll out" would be a good idea. We talked about how long it would take to manufacture, she told me that it would take eight to ten weeks before it was ready. We signed a contract and we waited to for about four to five weeks for her to draw up the blueprints. They were ordered on April 23rd, 2015. We called her about our renovations after about four weeks and she told us that she was three to four weeks behind schedule. The installation started August 18th-21st, this is when all the problems began. There is a hole in the back of the pantry and the roll out for the pots and pans isn't there. There is some kind of rolling thing there that is about three inches off the ground. There seems to be a lot of waste of space in a small kitchen. The shelf that she had installed is falling off the wall if you lean on it and you have to use a back scratcher to get the bowls and pots out. She did the two things I had asked hernot do and she completely ignored my request. It was about about three hours after the installment, someone by the name of Cindy, she never stated her last name, started to beg about the final payment, I had told her that you guys will get paid after you fixed up this horrendous mess. Someone else by the name of Jason, he didn't state his last name either, called on January 6th. I did ask him to come over to look at what she had done to my kitchen but we ended up having a bad snow storm and cancelling. He did come about five weeks later. He came a looked at the kitchen and didn't say to much. On March 23rd, I phoned Greg and I asked him if his mother or wife had to use a back scratcher to get their bowls or pots out their cupboard. I did also mention that the shelf that fall off is a safety hazard. Greg and Tanis came over and I noticed the Greg was stunned. About two weeks later, she called with her solutions about the shelf that falls off the wall, she told me to get these four plastic plugs to put in the shelf but they do not work and for the two shelf roll out, she had decided to put in a one self roll out instead. She wanted to charge me $463.05 extra for the roll out that I did not even receive. I am rating Tanis Johnson & Greg Adams for effort and misdesign: an F-.

Not very helpful at all. They seem like they are so busy they don't need work. I wish my business was like that.
