Dean and team at Orillia Kia are amazing. I came to Kia first to seen Dean on a recommendation from a co-worker/ friend and wasn't disappointed. Dean answered all my questions over my entire car purchasing journey. He checked in on my progress even when I was looking at other dealerahips. He explained every cost to ordering a new car, there were no hidden fees or surpises. He made me feel like my opinion and voice mattered. When i picked up the car it was cleaned to near perfection, the winter tires were already installed, and it was delivered in the time frame he said. Everything was thoroughly explained in the car so I knew how to set everything up when I left. He completely treated us like family, I knew exactly what i was getting, he acted like a salesperson is supposed to, with compassion and was not pushy at all. I will be recommending Dean "the Kia Dude" at Orillia to all my friends and family. Best experience with a Sales Person I've ever had, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Super helpful service here! Phoned in when my windshield wipers stopped working on our way to Quebec. Barrie Volkswagen didn’t have the part and told us it would be a few days. Phoned here and they had the part, and were very friendly upon arrival! They gave us shuttle service to a restaurant as we waited to change out the part!
