HORRIFYINGLY BAD!! We picked out a unit we liked and the salesman (owner?) was such an A-hole we left without it. I've never seen someone lie so much in such a short time. He lied like breathing - said it had only been on the lot a week (we viewed it 2 weeks before), and that it was serviced yearly (tank bolt was rusted on). His manner was so offensive that we left. There was another guy there who was really nice and personable - I feel sorry for him having to work there with that icky guy. He offered us a discount off the sticker price which the other guy refused to honour. Save yourself a terrible experience and go elsewhere - anywhere else!!

We had just left the campground to go home and my husband realized that we did not have any running lights. We had pulled into brecin hardware to get some sand paper to sand down the corroded part of the outlet on the truck that plugs into the trailer. It didn't work. It was too corroded. We saw Shane Michaels rv store and pulled in. He came right out to assess it and played around with the electrical connections to diagnose the issue. He went it his office e and then came out with a part that would get us home.my husband wanted to pay him something and he said no. Just enjoy your day. We were so impressed and thankful to him for getting us back on the road safely and quickly. After experiencing their level of customer service I would highly recommend

Tried selling a car here but it's no use. Only a cell phone is listed and its never answered during business hours, goes straight to call answer. Drove over there at 1pm on a weekday and the office was dark and locked up nobody there. Office was dirty with junk piled high on the counter desks and all over the floor right up to the door. Despite having cars for sale on the lot the place is abandoned.

I went into the Ford dealership today Dec 7 2018. Because my parking break light was on but my break wasn't so ran in to see if they could help me. The gentleman that was in the service department was so nice and helpful. He fixed the problem and even put air in my tires at no charge. I was very pleased. Thank you very much Ford.

Professional, friendly..

I was doing a tire change from winter to summer wheels by myself and broke one of the wheel bolts. Took the car to Cobourg VW Quick Service without an appointment and they fixed it for what I consider a very fair price. I was on my way in 1 hour. Friendly staff.
