DONT EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK from these guys! I have been waiting for 4 weeks now for their 'accounting department' to cut me a cheque. I have called repeatedly and have had to record all my phone calls with them! I still haven't got my money back. I have emailed back and fourth with Amanda (their office manager) and she doesnt return emails very often after telling you that you will have it by a certain day and doesnt even care enough to email you back let alone get your money. You have been warned if you chose to deal with them.

I wish cars to go was in my home town. I found them when they were recommended by friends who live in the area for an emergency repair last summer. They fixed it for a fair price. This summer I came by for an assessment of my broken AC. In 5 minutes he verified the problem I spent 2 hours and $200 in the city and had a cost saving suggestion not offered in the city.

I had paint issue on the rear door of the passenger side. The vehicle was only two (2) years old with very low kilometers. Volvo Canada reacted to this issue very quickly and committed to repairing the paint issue. The service staff at Volvo London were vey accommodating in arranging for the vehicle to go to a very reputable body shop. Also, they arranged for a replacement vehicle while the vehicle was at the body shop. Very special thanks, to Ruth, Brad and Tanya (I believe that is her name). While the days get busier, it doesn't get easier to make a major purchase. That said, Finch GMC made it painless and helped me find a great truck in my budget and made the whole experience beyond easy, they made it fun.
