Bought my First Big Car Purchase which is a Cadillac Escalade Esv and I absolutely love it. Just would love to thank Craig Carpenter. My experience with him from the time I called him till the very end of the transaction was a total breeze. I have dealt with a lot of used car dealers and going into it, I was a bit skeptical. But everything showed me otherwise about this dealership. Special thanks to Larisa and Lindsay from the finance center. They explained every question I had and made it a much more easier process than I hoped it was going to be. Also a few days after I bought the Escalade, Lindsay called to check up and see how everything was so far. I had a one issue and she worked quickly to resolve it. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I am looking forward to having my vehicle serviced there and in the future buy my next vehicle from them as well.
