I picked up my 2014 dodge journey yesterday and it drives like a dream. Louis and Tony made the whole process easy and they were very friendly! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Terrible experience. My wife and I were all ready to buy a new van for our growing family and we stopped by the dealership because we were really interested in the Sedona. No one came out to welcome us. Fine. We went inside to ask to see the interior of one of the vehicles and it took 5 minutes (with no other customers in sight) for someone to acknowledge our presence. Then when someone did come to see us, we were under the clear impression that we were wasting his time. Will never be back. They lost me based solely on their inability to welcome and be respectful to customers. Judging from the other comments posted below, this seems to be a major problem here - time for a change of staff, I'd say.

Shady dealer. Makes deals and then sells car to somebody else. Did not even give time for the original person to arrange with bank. His word means nothing. Stay clear of this lot.

Used this dealer a couple times to service my V70R. Here are three reasons never to spend money here; 1) One of the techs FORGOT to engage my parking brake and so my car rolled out of my parking spot and into another vehicle. After confronting them about the damage to my grill, it became clear they tried to hide that it had happened at all. 2) After a simple oil change, they left my oil fill cap off the engine and after driving home I had the lovely experience of having oil all over my engine bay and driveway with the oil cap disappeared somewhere inside the engine bay. 3) Paid for a tire balance and had MORE vibrations after they were done with it. It took 2 more visits for them to get it right.

great customer service and care for my vehicle. if any issues arise it is always taken care of. Vehicles are always kept clean and good caring and smart techs with caring and detail oriented service advisors
