I have only lived in Ottawa for a few years. I'm used to doing business in a small town where I know everyone or someone can recommend a place to me. I have done a lot of business with Zack and he has gone above and beyond. He has taken care of me and even on my wife's car that she bought long ago in our hometown. I know that no matter happens Zack stands by his work and wouldn't help me out of a jam in a second. I can't praise him enough! I'm looking forward to my next purchase!

After a long and very painful search for a used car I finally came across Avenues Sales and leasing. I can’t stress how positive my experience was when compared to the other dealers I had visited. Absolute night and day! Honest, fair and trustworthy. A++++

Very impressed with the almost new vehicle with low km (12,000 km) we bought from Titan Motors. The car was practically new and detailed so very nicely, so I brought my other older vehicle in just for their Detailing Service and they made it look good as new after they were finished with it. This is now my go to place for all my vehicle detailing. Looking for a great used car or just getting your car detailed, definitely check them out first. Titan Motors actually puts pride in the work they do which just seems to be something that is harder and harder to find these days.

The quality of the cars are amazing, awesome fairly prices, the place is clean and neat and the the managers of this place are nice and cool.

A few times I dealt with this place and its people. Honest and professional service and staff. Luke and Chris are running this place for years and I did hear only positive opinions, therefore I recommend this place.

Very helpful and friendly, until car started having problems.

After my car was hit, they offered to fix my car up for me. I asked for the lights to be replaced and bumper repainted. They first misunderstood my instructions, then they painted the wrong colour. The lights came back same as before - it wasn't replaced. The front bumper was painted white, not the pearlescent white that I've asked for. The paint cracked in some spots and was uneven in other spots - you can see the drip marks. The owner also blatantly lied - right to my face - that they "painted the whole bumper" and "it's the same colour", even though parts of the bumper had the original pearlescent white and it's very obvious that white is not pearlescent white. Oh, they also told me to "come back on Saturday and we'll fix your light and repaint the bumper". I called multiple times - no one picked up the phone and when I actually went to the shop, it was closed. They not only lie to you about the services you get, but their quality of work is subpar. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and money!

I use to be afraid of wanting to buy a car . Until I ran into Mike Turfe. He wanted to make sure I got the car I needed for my family , and help keep it within my budget. Every other place I went to was trying to rip me off . Mike treated me like family . Also the service team over there is great . Will definitely recommend any of my friends and family.

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Straightforward, no pressure and the vehicle was delivered in pristine condition. Easy bank financing.i will definitely purchase from Scott again!
