Biggest deception On my first visit I made a deposit on the car I liked, imagine my surprise coming delivery time the car mileage was tempered with the back door was dented and the front bumper was broken, I was offered a different car more expensive (with a little discount ) . When I showed out to pick up my car I get the good news the car was sold by mistake but nobody took the time to warn me . I just wanted my money back but yet we did the same dance again another model more expensive... I just wanted to leave I was so depressed...and you know what I m still waiting no car and no refund Do not mention the service nor the waiting time or the follow ups .... really really unsatisfied

Always good to deal with OBK. It is my 5th car from them and always honest and good service. I listen to their expertise and also do repairs at their garage. I got toyota tercel, Volvo s60, toyota highlander and Mercedes c230 and just now i exchanged the C230 to a C300. Just to mention, for all of my cars I went to a different garage either to exchange or buy, but I never had the same service or prices as OBK.

Was shopping online for a 2018 Chevrolet Trax and was becoming frustrated by online inventory info that was either misleading or completely false (they didn't have what they advertised online). I found the vehicle I was looking for on 440's website. A call for info was returned promptly with an appointment. The salesperson Nicolas Langlois had the car I inquired about ready for a test drive when I arrived. He gave me a very fair price for my trade in and with the cash purchase, all of the advertised discounts were applied without any conditions or B.S. The entire transaction was quick and transparent. The delivery of the vehicle was equally smooth. I was in and out with in about 30 mins. All of this without ever feeling rushed. Just for fun, I checked the website the following day. My vehicle was no longer there. In 2018, people really do rely on online info. In this case, everything was updated promptly. The service department was equally accommodating. I called to install winter tires and someone actually answered the phone. No voicemail or being put on hold like at the other dealers I have dealt with. I live on the West Island, but based on the excellent service I received, I will be returning for service despite the inconvenience.

Courteous and professional service. It's nice to deal directly with the owner, provides a sence of honest straightforward advice.
