Our 2011 Taurus suddenly stop in Mackinac city, we got in touch with the only Ford dealership around ( across the lake in St. Ignace) the Mechanic drove 20 miles to start our car at no charge but he advised us to bring it to the dealership just to make sure that we make our trip back home ( 800 miles away) safely, they were incredible professional and the only thing that they charged us was a new battery, thank you Mackinac sales

A few days ago, I called to have my first service on my new Fiat and spoke with Mylène in the service area, who got me an appointment the very same day at my convenience! Once I got there, she greeted me with a smile and was fast an efficient with what needed to be done! I certainly will go back, as I did before with my other Fiat if only for the service there which I prefer than where I purchased my car!

I have a 2016 Subaru STI that i bought used at 35,000km. i did my oil change every 5000km full synthetic and took care of the car like a baby.(p.s. im a full time mechanic and know what im doing). The car now has 65,000km and one morning the motor started knocking and then a few minutes after that the whole crank let go and now the motor is completly finished. Brought the car to Subaru Des Sources and they refuse to do anything about it because the cars muffler was changed and apperently it went fast in the past even though it wasnt me and they didnt have anything to show me that what rbey say is real. They have Black Listed the car at subaru canada so no other dealer can help me. The car is still on guaranty and they have made it so that nothing can be done. This is the worst customer service and guaranty i have ever seen in my life. 1st and last Subaruni will ever buy and will let everyone know not to go her or buy this brand.
