I just bought my Ford Edge from Dunlop and couldn't be happier with the service from the team - Shaun Hebert (sales), Jonathan Smith (service), and Andrew Hiscox (finance). Being from Calgary, the team made the entire process stress-free and hassle-free on my end. Shaun was extremely accommodating, picking me up and taking me to where I needed to go to get everything in order for my big purchase and the drive home. Jon made sure my SUV was in tip-top shape and that everything was done on it as I wanted before I took possession. And Andrew made sure all the paperwork was in order, including my insurance, for my arrival. My experience here was great. Shaun really takes care of you. No pressure on the sale, constantly making sure I was happy with everything and making sure I knew vehicle and was 100% comfortable with it before I took off for the drive home to Calgary. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle at Dunlop, ask for Shaun! He will make sure you're taken care of in every aspect of the sale!

Khalil and his staff were exceptional. They had the used truck I wanted and it was even in better condition than they described. I spent half an hour under the vehicle, discussing it's condition with Khalil's mechanic who did the inspection. At every step of my inspection and decision making process, the staff were patient, helpful and not one bit pushy. I have bought and sold cars for myself for 40 years, as I am a bit of a car fanatic. I can only think of 3 used auto sales businesses that I deeply respect from the past 20 years, and K1Z Auto Sales is one of them.

Hands down the best place to buy a vehicle in Lethbridge. Juan Vallentino is the best salesmen we have ever used! He is trust worthy and doesn't rip you off. We have now bought i think around 4 new vehicles from him and wouldn't buy from anyone else! Thanks Juan!!!! If you go there be sure to ask for Juan he will forsure get you into something you love!
