We purchased a 2012 Dodge Durango, and once seeing the vehicle in person we were blown away by how immaculate the vehicle was, inside and out. It was very clear that they take a lot of pride in what they sell. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from highway 12.

Personally, I've not had a whole wealth of luck since purchasing my car. I understand the salesman do their best to make the sale, but I will not be recommending these guys & I also recommend you buy the warranty they offer at the time of sale. I guess buying a used 7 year old vehicle you should expect things to go wrong, but the engine light after 5 weeks isnt acceptable in my opinion. Lesson learned. *Update* Engine light was Cam Sensor, costing HUNDREDS of dollars plus labor.

Highly recommend buying from Mark and Shauna. They are open and honest about the vehicle. They explain everything in the paperwork and if you don't understand something, they will go back over it until you do. I had the best experience and will recommend Onyx Auto Sales to everyone.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Skyler Leavitt was especially helpful. Didn't try to hid anything with the pricing or truck when I bought my Ford 150. Very honest and professional. Even after the fact, when I was in another province having some issues with the truck, he was even more helpful than the dealer here. Responded to all my questions and dealt with the issues immediately and without hesitation. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
