Well what can I say, I've been impressed from day one with this company. Zero pressure sale, found what we liked and the rest was easy. Upon collection, it was found our SUV required a brake controller, quickly installed, all done with no hassle or moaning straight away. Great price and great friendly company to deal with. thanks again guys!!

They charged me for $2400 and I left my car with a serious safety issue! so I had to pay another $1000 in 2 months to fix it AGAIN! I called them and they didn't take any responsibility and said that I can take my complaint to the court! After months, when a friend of mine who works in another dealership left them a bad review because of what they did to me, they reached out to her office phone and told her that they wanna talk to me now.. So I met the general manager, and he said "that's a shame, but our mechanic forgot to do an inspection!!(well.. thank you! because I originally took my car there for the inspection!!!); He said he accepts that they made a mistake, but he is not sorry about that because it's a human error and everyone can make it!!!!". Amanda was awesome to deal with in the purchase of our Thor 26B motorhome. Fast to respond to questions and did not waste my time. They did everything they could to make the pickup of the motorhome easy, as I flew into lethbridge. The licence plate was already mounted and Kate even picked me up from the airport. Thanks!

Used lube express for first oil change. Really good experience overall from service writer to shuttle driver. Was picked up in less then an hour. No hand prints on doors hood or windows. Service done as it should be. Other dealers should be taught here.

Bought a car through them over 4 years ago... they keep repeatedly harassing me via phoning me and sending me mail despite the fact I have asked them at least 10 times to TAKE ME OFF THEIR LIST. I live in BC now and will not be buying another car through them. Most recently, they have called me twice in under two months; the time before this last the manager called me, he promised he would take me off his list, and yet today I got called AGAIN. I wouldn’t deal with these people, you will get harassed for the rest of your life.

I didn’t find anything that day, but James has kept in touch with me since, showing me cars that would be in my budget. I’m looking forward to dealing with him when I am fully ready to buy a new car.
