I am very happy with car I got from there and the staff treats you like a family.

After repairs, found out that parts where missing, like an engine cap and my nerver used spare tire was replaced by a very used one. Also sick and tire of the harassment to get a new car by email, phone and regular mail. I will nerver go back there. If I buy an other Kia, it won't be at Mario Blain for sure!

I have to say that hands down this is best dealership that I've been to in terms of overall customer experience and satisfaction! I interacted with FREDERIC LEGARE the Sales representative who gave me a great quote and was willing to work with me for the finer details. I drove down 6 hours one way from Whitby, Ontario to finalize a 2015 BMW 435i GranCoupe and I had a great experience since the time I got to the dealership till when my vehicle was delivered. Frederic was very helpful, knowledgeable about the BMW line and even bought me lunch! He threw in an entire new set of winter and summer BMW OEM car mats for me along with 2 new front all season tires and gave me a great price on the transportation of the vehicle from Montreal to Ontario. He personally showed me the vehicle and the things that needed to be fixed and provided me the details of how and when they would happen. The test drive was very comfortable and he let me explore the car to it's full potential. The Sales and Finance Manager CEDRIC LAFONTAINE was equally helpful. He gave me a great deal on the warranty and patiently worked with me through the entire process. He even provided me with the additional documentation that I required to register the car in Ontario and reimbursed me for the lock nut that they forgot to provide with the vehicle. My cheque for the extra quebec taxes also arrived in a very timely manner. Before I left the dealership, Cedric gave me a BMW water bottle which I'm flaunting it at my workplace, however, a t-shirt would have been nice as well as they have some of the best quality ones lol. Both CEDRIC and FREDERIC have very pleasant personalities and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers which is rare to see at dealerships these days. Overall, 5-start experience at BMW Sainte Julie!

Fantastic purchase. I'm not pushy. I know I can push a bit more and get a slightly better deal but I do research, find the price I want to pay with the options I want and make that clear right off the bat. My salesman was easy to talk to and deal with and he made it work. I'm sure he's happy with how fast and simple it was and the decent commission he made, and I'm happy with having obtained my price and what I wanted. Win/Win. Delivery was wonderful. Car in the showroom all prepped and ready to go when we arrived at our scheduled time. Delivery guy was super friendly. Salesman came out to see us and so did all the others, as they drove it out of the glass doors for me. Just felt like a classy experience from A to Z, especially when compared to Gabriel VW where we bought my gf's car 3 years earlier. She remarked on this as well, like "why are you treated like a prince and they just basically gave me keys and told me to F off in polite terms?" Yep. ZERO comparison to be made. THIS is a dealership if you're a serious buyer. They go the extra mile on everything. My 5th new car purchase and my best experience to date. Highly recommended and we're both future customers. Her next car will be here, Audi or VW Niquet. So will mine. Thanks Jason, Diane and delivery guy who's name I forget! You were all great and I love the car. (White Silver MK7.5 with R wheels).

Vraiment pas honnêtes... Prix de vente 999$. Indiqué sur le contrat: Remarque: Ce véhicule a été vendu avec un rabais accordé pour effectuer toutes les réparations à faire, à la totale satisfaction du client, ce que j'ai remarqué évidemment plus tard lorsque le moteur était sur le point de sauter!! Vendeur me dit qu'il avait seulement une petite perte d'exhaust et c'est tout; que le véhicule allait super bien. Prix de vente initial vu: 2830$.... donc c'était pas mal plus qu'un petit bobo et ils étaient au courant sans me le dire!?? Quelle farce!! Temps d'utilisation: 5 semaines!!! Je vais porter plainte aux consommateurs!! N'allez surtout pas là!!

I had an excellent experience with the service department, and more specifically Francois, who courteously took care of all my needs. I needed a fair amount of work done on the car and Francois even gave me a discount given the latter. Overall, everyone seems polite, willing to help, and willing to accommodate. It's also very easy to get in touch with the right people over the phone, which is not the case with many other dealers that I have dealt with in the past. I will definitely be coming back here.
