Emailed Subaru Service Center on MacLeod Trail about a loud scraping noise coming from the front wheel. Rodger Sallans responded very promptly confirming that it was most likely a stone lodged between the back plate and rotor. He told me to drop by anytime and he would deal with it for me. Did this today and he not only removed it in less than 30 seconds but showed me how to do it if it happens again. Very pleasant and professional service. Would highly recommend to others.

I've been on the market to find a vehicle for quite some time. Prior to this month, I had great help from the Used Dealership side of Kramer Mazda (and to Mike) who helped inform me of the vehicle(s) I was looking at. My girlfriend and I had settled on the Hyundai Santa Fe Limited and it was a smooth process, thanks to Mike and the team; including Susan. So, thank you guys. In my opinion and my dealings I have had in the last ten years of dealing with them have all been very good and even more so excellent to be very honest! If your in the market for a vehicle or even not satisfied with your current vehicle I would Highly recommend giving Joe or Frank a chance to make your car search a very positive experience to have. And I can assure you that they will treat you as if your a member of there own family's when you get there! I have gotten three vehicles for myself with Royal Auto thus far and about to get number four now. Car shopping is intense, competitive and everybody usually wants the best buy for their money. We do shop around and compare. One old sales trick is to focus sales pitch towards the female with couple/wife husband potential shoppers as, the consensus is sometimes woman have the shopping power and final consent in the sale. During the shopping and purchasing experience with Fish Creek Nissan, our salesperson Andy Miller used professional unbiased attention towards both my husband and myself. He was extrememly knowledgeable about "everything" Nissan and took great care in explaining the details and use of electronic, buttons, gadget and overall Nissan ownership advantage directed at both of us. I can’t guarantee that they will have the specific pre-owned vehicle that you are looking for but I can guarantee they will bend over backwards to make something work for you. The free tires for the life of the vehicle doesn’t hurt ether!
