Very bad service from Dennis. I can make a long sorry of how my service with dennis was but I’ll save you the read and jut let you know not to deal with the joke! Very sad a company allowed this guys to chat with customers. Hope auto Maxx gets him gone!

Lawrence went above and beyond to take care of my Truck. I came on the biggest snow day without an appointment and he totally accommodated me instantaneously took my truck in and provided me with a loaner for the duration of the work to be completed. When I first purchased the truck from this location there were major & multiple problems for the first three years. They have over time, since been rectified and through the great service of your staff it has kept my loyalty to this dealership. I love my tacoma - it is driving very smooth. thank you for everything Lawrence.

Buying a car can be a daunting task especially when you are not sure what you are doing but Mickey was with us every step of the way from getting finance approval to offering suggestions on what the best car would be to meet our specific needs. He even followed up with me after the sale to figure out how I was liking the car. The process was short & painless, the staff there is very friendly and they will work with you endlessly to make sure you are getting quality service!

Recently purchased a new snowmobile trailer through the dealership. There were some issues that arose no fault to the dealer, but we were able to work together to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Overall was a good experience.

The one thing that I remember about Capital Chevrolet. Is the staff goes above board for their customers and will resolve any issue that you have kudos to the staff and thank you for helping my family out and remaining open a little bit longer past the hours posted for my uncle get buy a new shelf Silverado as a result of this kudos to all staff

I have now bought my 3rd Explorer from Eric Adams who has been great to deal with, and I have had nothing but positive experiences in dealing with the team and Advantage Ford. I have had all of my servicing done at this dealership over the years and they have always been very accommodating. I have referred Eric to friends of mine and they have all indicated that they have had similar experiences.

My family dealt with Anne Reyes. she is an amazing product advisor who doesn't do short cuts. She will explains all the details patiently. I would highly recommend her.

There sales department is pretty good I bought 1 atv and 2 sleds from them. Their parts department is fantastic , they are very knowledgeable and more than willing to help . Haven’t had to use the service department yet but the advisor seams friendly. Great job!

Buying process was pretty smooth. Found out after I left the lot that they had replaced the truck box with one from a different model so the fuel filler doesn’t work also had no high beams and the visors fall out when you touch them. None of these should have passed the safety they included in the sale. They were also very happy to tell me they would call me and book a time to fix the problem but of coarse nothing. I do not recommend buying from this dealer.

Adam was very friendly and helpful while helping me find the right car for my family. Nothing but a positive experience. It's obvious he cares about his customers and building lasting relationships. Very respectful. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership.
