Parts was awesome. Ty picked up on the first ring, he was friendly, and helpful. And when he didn't know the answer, he asked Matt instead of telling me that he couldn't help me. He had to put me on hold, and after about a minute he came back on the line to tell me that he was still looking which was nice. When he came back on he apologized for the wait and said that he found it. Thank you Ty! Top Notch service.

While as a female purchasing a car on my own, I have to say this company made me feel absolutely comfortable and at ease. Jaman was a fantastic salesman. Very informative, upfront and easy going. I didn’t once feel pressure into anything. Roxanne the Financial rep was seriously a joy to work with. I will absolutely use these guys again, and I would absolutely recommend them. Honestly I can’t Protray properly just how wonderful every single aspect of these businesses is.

The Airdrie honda team are the best. Khes and Lee explained and answered all our questions as we are 1st time buyer and tried to meet our demands without costing a fortune. They also have the best price compare to other dealership in Calgary and we will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

These guys are legit! Never felt any pressure at all, which is the opposite feeling of every other used dealership Ive been in. Steve helped me and answered all my questions. He was insistent on making sure all bases were covered and making sure I was 100% confident in my purchase. I will definitely be coming back when I purchase another car.

When you think of car dealerships, you are always on your toes to get the best deal and to frankly avoid being ripped off. However, House of Cars, Airdrie, and in particular Matt and Martin, made my experience of purchasing a used car, stress free! Martin was exceptional, he wasn't pushy and was very patient with all of my questions. Matt went over and beyond to make sure i choose the best used car that suited me and delivered me at the right time :) Very Happy Customer! By far the worst place to shop for a vehicle, from the owner smoking week on the porch when I got there to lying through his teeth about everything, to being a dick about warranty claims, that dude is a snake in the grass, BEWARE,

I purchased a 2018 Kia Soul from this dealership. Safwan was very easy to interact with and answered all of my questions. Everything went smooth. I love my new car. It was made very clear if I had any concerns not to hesitate to ask and they would help however they could. I was not hounded either which was great and I got an amazing deal.
