The sales team at Waterloo (Kylie specifically) we’re nothing but professional. They were gracious and not pushy. Their service department was always honest and went above and beyond. As a five year customer at Waterloo I was always happy with the services provided.

I would give no stars if I could. We bought a car here last year and the engine light came on a couple hours down the road. We took it back the next day and they said they would read the light but would not do anything about it unless we paid them. We foolishly kept the car, and it turned out to have two ruined oxygen sensors, and it burnt oil like crazy! Since then we had nothing but problems with it, and ended up getting rid of it for 1/4 of what we paid for it! I would say stay away from here!

Great experience. Friendly staff and not pushy. Car is good and they replaced a few things post sell which was nice. They promised a follow up paint touchup that never happened though, despite calling in multiple times to try to arrange an appointment

These guys did a fantastic job getting my Mazda 3 ready to sell. The interior looks spotless. The engine bay is the cleanest that it's probably been since it rolled of the production line. They cleaned it on a Saturday, let it dry overnight, and I picked it up on a Sunday. Very affordable. Very friendly. Very flexible.

Best RV dealership I have done business ever. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. I was very happy with Chad our salesman for the trade in and deal we made for our new Jayco White Hawk . Complete garbage inventory. I was told "everything would be in working condition" by AJ. Made a deposit on an "inspected" truck and sent it to an independent inspection. 8500$ in repair. They now say the price is firm and won't do any of the required services. These people will lie about anything to make a sale, inspect everything you would like to buy from them.
