Had my 2012 WRX STi in for a remote start (never had one before). These guys are absolutely fantastic! Clear and transparent from the initial inquiry to the installation process. Customer service is absolutely top notch! When I came to pick up my car, they took the time to answer all my questions and clearly explain how it works. My car also has a tuning device installed, and as such I had a rather unsightly cable running down my dashboard towards my feet. During the install, they took the time to clean up this cable and re-route it in a out-of-the -way spot. It now looks so much cleaner and is no longer dangling around! I didn't ask for this to be done, they just went ahead and did it for me. Absolutely blown away! Don't bother going any where else for your remote start or car audio needs. These guys are the best!

Bad customer service from one of the guy there.. the way he talk to me like he look down on me. sound like I have no option at all.. although this happened already almost a year ago, but every time I drive pass there makes me unhappy..

Got a great SUV from these guys, I was looing for something that was all wheel drive and had low km preferably standard as I do a lot of driving on back roads so its nice to have a little more control over your vehicle and Matt at Calgary Auto Emporium got me into my Subaru Forester and I couldn't be happier thanks for all your hard work, I look forward to future business!!

Wish I could do no stars. First Canadian group of companies is a complete joke. I have a bumper to bumper coverage through them on my truck. The steering box started leaking a month ago, and after getting new tires put on my truck a WEEK ago through a qualified auto shop that deals specifically with tire and lift/level packages, they have decided that the two rubber disks under my front suspension shocks (level kit) void my warrenty regardless of the fact that I have gotten 5 mechanic shops opinions on what caused the issue and a full inspection in which I was told that it is a common problem with the make of my vehicle and has nothing to do with it. Basically, I can prove that what was done to my truck AFTER the issue started had nothing to do with what caused it (Go figure) and regardless of me telling them I had proof, they sat on the phone and told me I effed myself. After asking them to cancel a 3g premium I'm paying for, that has not been used for ANYTHING, they said I can only get 2g back. Bunch of weasels in my opinion.

I bought my car a couple of months ago and the after service of Andrew Lee has been unreal. He followed up with me a couple days after just to make sure that I am happy and if I had any questions regarding my car. I am so happy with the service that i have already referred two of my good friends who were looking for cars. I will continue to refer my friends and family to Andrew and Andrew only. Anyone looking for a car go to him. He will treat you good.
