Bought my 3th car from Rob, great and trusted people that makes buying a new car fun!

Took my vehicle in for an issue that had been occurring occasionally. They were unable to replicate the issue in the shop or find a stored code in the vehicles computer. The service staff were amazing and walked us through everything they had done and what they found. They recommended an option but we decided to hold off and see if the issue got worse and take it back in if we figured out what conditions caused the issue. The staff ended up waiving the diagnostic fee as we were unable to determine whether it was a warranteed issue or not. I was amazed by the honesty of the staff and how they took the time to discuss all the details. I will definitely be going back here next time my vehicle needs maintenance.

I love this place. Hands down friendlier and way more service oriented that any of the other Honda dealers in town. I bought both of my cars new at other Honda dealers here in Calgary, the first because it was their showroom model and the second through an insurance company which dealt with the entire purchase, and I promptly returned to T&T both times for all of my service and repair work. Highly recommend advanced appointments. They are crazy busy.

Appreciated the quick service we received for a problem encountered while traveling through the area.

I have a mitigated experience with them. Just bought a Corvette and I am in QC. The seller was good and car description just perfect. However, i sent the money by transfert and they got it the next day. Then they just decided to hold on the car for 7 days, after payment completed without prior notice. Then they ship the car to QC but they forgot the papers, so I had to wait 5 more days to put a plate on the car. Finnaly , they forgot to sign the registration they sent me back, and I had to argue to get it plated. Otherwise i would have had to send back the papers to get them to sign it. So good car, but administration need to wake up a bit.

My experience has been pretty good here compared to most dealerships. Service department was very respectful and quick, sales was not too pushy, and Mazda vehicles have a very high standard of production.

Some places treat us like second class people, these boys make a great deal and are the friendliest best bunch. We were welcomes and treated well, would deal with again They are true Canadians, Thank you

Recently bought a brand new Impreza from Scott Subaru and absolutely loved my experience. I’m from out of town so I checked out a few local dealerships first and they couldn’t compare. I was able to communicate completely through email and phone calls with Ryan and Carmen to set everything up so I would only have to make one drive out to Red Deer to sign the papers and pick up my car all in the same trip! Ryan was so helpful and very accommodating to my requests, and it took a lot of the stressful parts out of a new car buying experience. Scott Subaru shows that they care and fulfill all their promises. Their excellent service alone is a good enough reason for anyone to make the trip out!

I highly recommend anyone to House of Cars Barlow. Everyone did an excellent job with helping me get my Pathfinder and refinancing my other vehicle! They really do make you feel welcomed once you walk in the doors! Tyler was great; if you're looking for a outgoing, fun type of person I would highly recommend going to him! He does his job very well and he doesnt make you feel pressured about getting everything done. He's very patient, kind and right off the bat you can tell he is a very hard worker.
