Terrible service. Dex was dishonest and an airhead when it came to helping us. We had to bring the vehicle back multiple times and keep reminding him to get things done that he promised he would do. He will not get back to you on anything. As soon as they have any little bit of money they become completely useless. Will never recommend anyone to buy from them. Terrible service and just terrible people.

My husband and I had put down a despot down on a brand new fifth wheel trailer. We had been dealing with the manage of go uncle Bens in Red Deer. The day my husband was going to finalize everything the manage called him informing him that the trailer was sold. We had an agreement and they broke it. They weren’t apologetic and only stated they could bring in another one but would take over a month. They are very untrustworthy and unprofessional. We will not deal with them in the future nor will we recommend them to anyone.

So happy that we decided to purchase our new (used) car from Kentwood. Miles above the competition in terms of the service we received - we never felt pressured, and always felt listened to.
