I had an amazing experience with CMP Auto Body. They were extremely communicative, fast, efficient and they dealt with my insurance so that I didn’t have to. They made the whole experience easy. As well, they have an Enterprise car rental on site which made things run extremely smoothly. I am extremely satisfied with my service!

Came to this dealership today and spoke with Keith. He was very informative and helped answer all the questions i had. I would recommed this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I was down today at Royal Auto Sales just went to take a look to see if they had anything that would catch my eye. And between the helping and friendly staff that was on hand and greeted me on entering there yard. I had an awesome experience while there today! I am still trying to put off giving in to all my temptations for the vehicle. But I know for how the experience had went and the offer I had received for my trade in and the price I can get this Dodge Journey for I will not hold out. gotta take advantage of this amazing deal they have for me. I would only say a warning that be prepared for a team of professionals to treat you like your important and show you some amazing vehicles that they will ensure meet your requirements in all aspects. Kudo's to the staff and there excellent abilities to keep the deal in your favor to get you hooked. I am heading back to pick it up. Wife gonna kill me. lol

Service department is great. They are friendly, help right away and communicate any issues they find. I’ve gone to many different dealerships with different vehicle brands and I am extremely happy with the service I recived.

Cory Schmucker has no idea what he is doing. He sold my daughters a car that needed work, kept it forever, and never actually fixed anything. He told us that he was going to give us an invoice to show the work that was done by either himself or a third party...the third party never saw the car or him and he has refused to give us the invoice...likely because no repairs were ever completed and so my kids are driving an unsafe car. He deflects all attempts to contact him, and if he does respond it is to say that his mom couldn't drive to Edmonton to get a part, or his mechanic was sick, then quit...took 2 weeks to get a new mechanic, he got married, so couldn't conduct business while marrying, oh and his shop was broken into so he couldn't fix a car then....but in his words, "no excuses". He's just proud of the 30 vehicles he has on his lot, nevermind the customers who are being swindled. He needs to be educated on how to operate a business, anyone can buy 30 cars. He deletes all negative reviews to his company facebook account and is unwilling to respond or act on any of his promises. If you look on that account, all positive reviews are from his facebook friends...padding his own rating. He is a despicable business owner and who should not be allowed to operate. Below is his 4th or 5th ridiculous message...Full of grammatical errors and false talk. He has not followed through on anything, but thinks that deleting people from his account will solve all of his problems. I can't believe that he has been allowed to operate a business. Shame!

The service department at Red Deer Honda is fantastic. I have been well looked after for the past 4 years by Mark who is prompt, professional, thoughtful and courteous. Mark focuses on my interests as a customer so that I can make the best decisions on the maintenance of my Odyssey. For this, I will continue to visit Red Deer Honda's service department for my modest family fleet.

Recently traded my Genesis Coupe off on something more practical for myself. I worked closely with Brad and we were able to find a Toyota Rav4 that was going to work out perfectly for me. Had me in the Rav4 as quickly as possible. It was a great experience and I would highly suggest giving them a shot. Also the coffee is pretty good as well.
