what a joke of a used car dealer. My truck is to new(2014) to trade would not make any effort, coulda made a lot of money of a trade and purchase of a used ... could of financed me for 5-8k$ on a high interest rate.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a SUV from Chris and Gary last month. Their attention to detail, my needs was amazing. Fast friendly service and a fair price for my jeep :)! I had one small brake issue with my jeep after I brought it home. I notified Chris of the problem, I brought it in for service and they fixed it promptly, no hesitation! Fantastic service from the sales department. My sister went in looking for a new car and we were just at Toyota where the salesman was aweful. The salesman took the time to find out exactly what my sister needed and wasn’t pushy at all. Most importantly, we got an amazing deal on a 2019 loaded Accent.

I won't be dealing with this dealership, nor will I recommend it to any friends or family again. I purchased a Silverado from a gentleman 4 years ago who had some minor body work done on it. There was a scratch that needed some touch up.Truck was brand new with under 2000 km. Here I am four years later and a considerable amount of rust is showing. I approached Smiths to see what they could do about it. Before they even knew where the work had been done they informed me that whomever had done the fix did a poor job and that I should inquire with them because it wasn't right or acceptable. After speaking to the previous owner, he informed me that it was actually Smith's that did the repair. I had another visit with the dealership who said they'd make it right. Two days later I recieved a phone call saying they won't do anything to help since I'm the 2nd owner. Regardless, a reputable business such as this should hold themselves to a higher standard. My trucks repair wasnt right or acceptable to begin with. Even the employees said as much. Like others have said. Once you're sold on one of their vehicles you're brushed aside. I wouldn't bother dealing with them again.
