Car Dealership

Called in December 11th booked an appointment for the 12th to do an oil change and service #3. Next day rolls around I drop my truck off and leave my keys in the drop box as per what Ryan and I had discussed. I received a call at 830am stating that I was supposed to drop my truck off for 8am I told the advisor that the keys were in the lock box and truck was out front then the advisor told me I was supposed to fill out a form in order to drop my keys wasnt told about this by anyone until 2 hours after I dropped the truck off. I gave simple instructions to the service advisor over the phone it was to leave the paperwork inside the cab of my truck and the keys hidden out of sight in the box of the truck. Then I receive another phone call at 430pm telling me my keys will be left either in the cup holder of my truck or at reception. At 530pm I called again asking if they had left my keys in the cup holder or they were at reception. The receptionist calls the service manager and the service manager says they are in the box like we had discussed. 6pm I come to pick up my truck. I find my paperwork in the box all wet and to top it off I find dirt on my front passenger side seat definitely not happy about this. The only good part out of all this screwing around is they washed my truck they got that part right! I never once expected to find a dealer whose service dept calls three times in one day and cant get things right when given simple instructions and the dirt on my seat definitely not happy about that. If I had to give a rating to Toyota Canada it would be one star only!

I went and looked at their 2013 ram 1500. It was worth the drive (came from kelowna) the salesman reduced the price by a few hundred dollars. Would go back again. Thank you.

Ich kann eigentlich nur über den Wohnwagen-Stellplatz berichten, mit dem Auto-Spa hatten wir nur wenig zu tun und zwar nur bei der Anmeldung und bei der Toilettennutzung. Das Personal an der Anmeldung war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Toilette mit Waschgelegenheit gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Dusche eigentlich unbenutzbar da die Außentür nicht von ihnen zu verriegeln ging und der Raum auch als Toilette für die Tankstelle und den Auto-Spa diente. Der Stellplatz war gut ausgestattet und gut erreichbar.

Awesome customer service! They were able to answer all the questions I had, and even though Toyota doesn't make a model to meet my requirements they still took the time to talk to me, and even took me for a ride in models they did have. Awesome job Kieran (I apologize if I miss spelled your name)
