just went in for a simple oil change but the service was excellent. Hallmark Ford service department were able to find a problem with truck that needed attention. Thus the reason we bring our vehicles to the dealers, to have peace of mind when we are out on the road.

Very happy with my experience at Surrey Honda, Ted is my go to guy who listened to what I wanted in a vehicle without breaking my pockets! Always made sure I knew all my options and always gave me his honest opinion, I never felt any pressure to spend more or purchase asap. I trusted he had my best interests and I appreciated that. All the staff are very friendly and truly helpful.

Worst experience ever. Needed a car when I first arrived in Canada. They told me the car had no accident (actually had tens of thousand dollars of damage) and urged me to sign the agreement. I was new and didn't know better. Now I want to get a new car but having a nightmare trying to get rid of the one I got from here. DON'T GO THERE. I know it's my fault too, but they just want to rip you off.

Okay so basically I spent over a month researching and browsing across various dealerships across the lower mainland to purchase a new vehicle. After thorough research and test driving various cars, I decided to buy a 2018 Honda Accord 2.0 Touring. I could have ordered the car from any dealership, however, Jack was very humble, down to earth, honest and friendly and I was glad to purchase my new vehicle from him via this dealership. He offered me a good price and the general manager and business manager were also great. Nice and clean car dealership located in Port Moody British Columbia. Many new and used cars for sale. Staff are helpful and friendly and there's also a service centre here as well. Bought my wife's car from this dealership. Best VW dealership in the lower mainland in my opinion. The staff here are all very nice.....unlike other VW dealerships I've been to where the staffs are usually snobbish. A real turn off when you're actually the one forking out thousands of dollars. Anyway, visit VW Whiterock and ask for Rob Smith. He's the one you wanna talk to 👌.
