He was able to source me the car that I was looking for with very low km, while Bill was able to help settle a deal that I was comfortable with. They listened to what I wanted and strived to provide that, while the detailing team handed me a spotless car!

This mobile service-area business really does exist and operates out of two car dealerships. I am only aware of the Dodge dealership and Chev dealership, in the South Surrey Auto Mall. This business is the car loan aranger for any special circumstances, to purchase a vehicle. Businesses that are not from a brick-and-mortar storefront serve customers as a service-area business on Google.

What a PLEASURE!!!! I recently had a very bad experience at another dealership, ended up walking out... and thank goodness I did!! I ended up at King George Nissan. Inder was my “guy”. He was an OUTSTANDING salesman! Knowledgable, kind and very down to earth. He made my experience at Nissan one like no other!! If anyone is looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go. Right from when you walk in the door to financing , orientation and driving off in a new car... it was TOP NOTCH! This is my 3rd Nissan and every car has been AMAZING!!!! Very unsatisfied at the level of service that I received Peace Arch Toyota. Today I called Peace Arch Toyota and asked if I could bring my Lexus in for repair. I was told that they do repair Lexus at Peace Arch Toyota. I had already had a friend scope my vehicle so I informed the service associate of the issue. I offered to show the associate (Mike) a picture I had taken of the scope results. He said he didn't need to see it and that there would be a $139 diagnostic fee. I was fine with the fee because I was under the impression that they were going to fix the issue. After telling me exactly what I already knew, from the scope I already had performed, Mike told me that they couldn't fix the issue and I would need to bring my car to a Lexus dealership. Maybe Mike should have just told me would be a $161.32 fee for a referral to a more competent dealership. Needless to say they will get $161.32 worth of bad publicity for wasting my time and money.

We were looking to buy our first car in Canada. We found Iron Horse Motors on the internet as they had the type of cars we were looking at in stock. When we arrived we were greeted but then left alone to browse by salesmen who were refreshingly not pushy. When we had questions, someone was able to answer them immediately. We came back a couple of times and received excellent service each time, and eventually left with a car we were very happy with. Since the purchase I have had to contact Riley at Iron Horse a couple of times. He has responded immediately and efficiently dealt with the minor issues. In summary, we found these guys to be honest and great to deal with, and most importantly for us, the car has so far proved to be everything we hoped for and their after sales care has been excellent. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable used car.
