I was in touch with Daglas there, he is pretty reliable and supportive, I’m glad to buy my Honda there. After a couple of months I needed to find something for my car, and he followed up my demand and helped me. 100% recommend to deal with him.

Do not buy from them, purchased a car from them in the summer with hidden issues, car has a passenger leaked, called them back explaining issues however all they made were excuses and are not willing to fix ANYTHING. When I called to complain, they told me i should had gotten it inspected myself before purchasing, however they showed me a copy of their vehicle inspection. When first purchased, I also noticed that the navigation was not working, i was unaware of this issue, however they claimed they told me and said that I was willing to fix it myself, (why would I fix something that should had been working in the first place and out of my own pocket?) They later retracted that statement and said that the navi stopped working in my possesion and they are unwilling to fix it. Receptionist kept cutting me off, not allowing me to finish my sentences and kept calling me rude (you're rude for not letting me finish) totally unprofessional and would recommend everyone else to go elsewhere. I seen a truck from the street so I went in and talked to Bob the sales guy it was a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter. It was listed for fair market value with low kilometers we cut a deal and asked him in the process if this truck had even been in an accident and he replied not to his knowledge. It took a while for him to get the insurance agent down to insure this after a couple of hours I drove the truck out of there. A few days later I gave the truck to my mechanic to do a full service on it he informed me that there were pieces that we not connected and the truck has been damaged before in the front end. He asked me if it was a ICBC rebuild. I said not to my knowledge. On Monday I contacted Bob and informed him that this truck had been in a bad accident and he said no it was not bad and he had pictures. Further to my investigation I noticed on the registration papers it was signed in as a rebuild. I told Bob I do not want this truck as it been a ICBC write off. I told him I spent $ 2200.00 on the truck on the tires and maintenance and I do not want a rebuild truck as I do not feel it's safe for my employees. I asked him to take the truck back and he said no I bought it and he was not taking it back. I said to him is there any kind of policy saying that you did not disclose this and basically after that all conversations were halted. I will be seeking legal action against this company. Please be careful if you deal there.

I'm not one to write reviews but I found them incredibly helpful when I was looking to buy a used car recently. I visited numerous dealerships in Surrey and Port Coquitlam, it was a soul sucking experience. The staff at Mainland Motors were the opposite of the stereotypical shady and pushy car salesman. They were easy to work with, honest, and gave me space to make a decision. When I took the car to a mechanic for a full inspection, Mainland Motors agreed to address every issue identified before I purchased the car. They even fixed a part a couple of months after I purchased the car! I would recommend them if you want a stress free and honest car shopping experience.

They'll get what you want, you pay for what you get. The guys are knowledgeable and honest...more than i can say for other dealerships. But like i said if you pay 2500 for a 2001 car dont expect it to perform like a 2018 lol you get what you pay for...you can get cheap cars here or you can get next to new cars for better deals than the other guys.

My Husband and I had a really great experience at Autoway! (soon to be “myectricvehicle.ca”) We were pretty shocked during our first visit when our sales associate Felicia told us to go ahead and take the car (An awesome Nissan Leaf in 100% mint condition with Low Km’s and amazing battery health) on a test drive by OURSELVES! This really gave us an opportunity to get a feel for the car and ultimately decide it was the perfect choice for us. After being to a couple different dealerships and having our ears talked off by salespeople, it was really refreshing to just take the car out and discuss our thoughts amongst ourselves without any pressure. We are new to electric vehicles, but we felt really awesome taking the Leaf home because they offer a 3 day money back guarantee. We had 3 full days to think about our purchase, which really took the pressure off. Unfortunately during this time, we noticed what sounded like a wheel bearing malfunctioning. This was only noticeable at high highway speeds and would have been missed in all of Autoways safety checks and other inspections. So we got in touch with Felicia who was helpful and thorough and responded to all our texts and phone calls despite being in the midst of a family emergency on a weekend! Randy also took the time to phone us and assure us that Autoway would take care of the problem even after the 3 day moneyback period had ended. After taking Autoway’s mechanic on the highway and showing him the noise, Felicia and Randy sent us home in an identical leaf which they had no problem loaning to us. The repair on our Leaf only took 1 day to fix, but we were unable to come back till the next week. They NEVER pressured us to return the loaner Leaf even though I’m sure they would have liked to have sold it in that time. We are totally thrilled with out choice and when we are ready to get a Tesla Model 3 we will be back to visit Felicia and Randy! We highly recommend coming here for your electric car! Jade & Ben

I'm inherently skeptical of car dealers and dealerships, and I only stopped in to Discount Motor City because I needed to get a car quickly and wanted to see what they had on offer. Carlo and Wayne both went above and beyond in their service to me, providing more value than I ever would have expected. Besides the fair price they gave me, they were also professional, efficient, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They've changed my opinion on what a quality used car dealership can be, and I will not hesitate to reconnect with the team at Discount Motor City next time I'm looking for a car in the area.

***updated*** I called and spoke with Darryl himself. We will see what's going to happen and I will change review accordingly. Had this place recommended to me so I went to go see if they had a jeep liberty. They don't have one, but Darryl arrives and says he is just in the process of buying one from the wholesaler. This was a Tuesday, he said he was going to send pictures that evening. Wednesday still no response, so I called because I am really interested. Get told that he didn't go because the guy he was working with was off. Fair enough. Said he was going in a little bit and would send pics. Thursday still no response. I call back and spoke with the other sales man I was dealing with, Allan, who was going to send pics. Again nothing. I sent a text at 6 asking if I was going to get the pics. Finally a response the next morning no details or anything just pictures. Texted for more details, again no response. So I called, was told that it's not on the lot and they will get back to me. Surprise surprise, again no response. Saturday I called and was told they are finalizing the deal and it will be finished either Saturday evening or Sunday morning. I specifically asked Allan to make sure and call me when it's finalized as I am REALLY interested. He tells me for sure no problem. Now here I sit on Tuesday, 1 full week after I tried to work with Darryl and Allan to purchase a vehicle, and have not had any contact with them since Saturday. Obviously, I don't think I will be dealing with them or recommending them to anyone. Take your business elsewhere unless like being ignored.

Just bought a vehicle from Mitchell auto and I'll tell you, Nick - the owner of this establishment made me feel like I wasted my whole morning. Instead of wasting my time going to other dealerships, I should've just went directly to Mitchell Auto. Nick was really knowledgeable and honest. Him and his peer Giovanni gave us a really great deal and we are ever so grateful to them. Also i was pretty touched because of his warm service. Because oneday my car's bettery was out. So i was very surprised N sad But he willingly came over my location to jump up the bettery. So i could get my home safetly because of his Professional service mind!!! Just purchased an Acura MDX and immediately drove it over the Coquihalla Hwy from Surrey to Salmon Arm - 5 1/2 hour drive. It performed beautifully, no funny sounds or smells.
