Absolutely steller service and an excellent car buying experience at this dealership! First time buying a Lexus and the staff was extremely helpful in meeting our needs. Everyone we met all the way from the GM ( Kirt Gill) to the sales person ( Melanie) were amazing and guided us seamlessly through the whole process! The showroom is beautiful and is well equipped with a luxurious lounge , a gift shop and more. I just picked up my brand new 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. Great service and staff at Kingsway Honda made it a smooth transition from my trade-in to the new wheels. The car is like a Christmas present to myself. It's gorgeous to look at it, feels luxurious inside and drives like a dream. Had a great experience with purchasing a FIAT for my wife from this dealership. Our salesperson Taryn, was awesome. From going out on a test drive to letting us know of the car's features, she was really pleasant without putting any pressure on us. They even make espresso and affogato with Italian gelato for you! Very professional service, and overall a great buying experience.

Strongly recommend to avoid. Bought a car and within 50km had warning and error lights. They looked at it, deleted the error codes and ignored everything. I've had to spend over 10k in repairs within 9 months. Dodgy dodgy dodgy

The team here was amazing, particularly with Dieaa. Dieaa is patient and he really listened to our needs. When I was conflicted between options, he offered his many years of experience and helped us through the tough decision making and allowed us to make an informed decision. Even though he appreciates the business but he was never pushy. Most importantly, they are problem solvers. You have a problem/question, they will solve it! This is the second vehicle I got with him. I highly recommend working with Dieaa and his team, you won't be disappointed :)

Bought a 2007 Toyota Matrix from this man, Great experience! I was told the car is great, and so far it runs smooth and reliably. Davis is very friendly and clear about the condition of the cars on offer. Obviously, salesmen want to make a profit, but this is way better than trying to buy some random persons car off of craigslist. No weird locations, no surprises about who you will be meeting with. Just a personable, intelligent car buyer/seller. Highly Reccomended

I normally don't write reviews but I've decided to take my chance at North Vancouver Mercedes because I have had bad customer service and experience from the terminal and boundary service department locations. Let me start off by saying the service advisor name Morris along with shop foreman Patrick, are very good at what they do. Both were fantastic at customer satisfaction who actually listens to the customers problems and addresses the situation in order to keep the customer happy. Morris and Patrick takes pride in their jobs and actually tells you the right and truthful knowledge unlike most dealerships who just tells you whatever so they can move on to the next customer. But most importantly, fixes the problem with the car. Both gentlemen did their best at providing me with knowledge of why my brakes were squeaking even when the brake pads were new from factory. No wonder this location has 4.5 stars rating!

Worst experience ever, can’t even describe what this car dealership put me through. I went to buy a Mercedes benz at this place. We did the agreement and I paid on the car. We agreed that I will pick the car up the next morning. I came the next morning to pick up the car, he said he changed his mind. That he doesn’t wanna to sell anymore. And convinced me to buy a bmw x6 he had instead. I bought the bmw x6. The same day I bought the bmw it broke down. I’ve had it for 3 months and it has been in the shop 5 times within that time, have stayed over a month in mechanic shop. A week and two here and there and have cost me over $10,000 to try to fix. Still there’s so much wrong with it and the engine light is still on. The bmw place told me the car can not be fixed it’s a defective car that i I’m looking at another $15,000 to fix the rest of the stuff that’s wrong with it. I went back to Tony to figure it out. He told me to go read the agreement. This guy literally scammed me.

Go see Anthony Noone. He helped me configure an Isuzu NRR based on how I wanted to use it. Wasn't pushy about it. This guy is the best!
