I think by far, the the best car buying experience. Good communication and customer service even after you sign and put a deposit Unlike My past experience at other dealership. Jose started talking to me via email and when I was in the showroom Katie ended up helping me coz Jose was going on his vacation. Katie answered all my questions promptly via at the desk as well as when I texted her every time. Thanks a lot Katie you’re great. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to see you guys for a mini or any other brands that you carry in future. Thanks you.

Could use more room for more models, but is great to know the brand

The service I received at Nissan has been spectacular! I was helped by Song and he assisted me with looking at a 2017 Infiniti qx50. Although we ended up not buying the vehicle, Song's service and attitude has been so helpful and friendly that I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Song has been very straightforward and honest with answering my questions and I know that if I ever buy a vehicle from him, I'll definitely get an awesome deal! Keep up the good work Song!

Mr. Lyn is absolutely brilliant. Went to look for a replacement for my current Infiniti - met Lyn who was extremely nice and efficient, was able to drive off the lot in an amazing vehicle two hours later. Let me be honest...It wasn’t necessarily the cheapest one in the market but the experience was definitely the best. Have been to a few Acura dealerships where salespeople taught me lessons???... well I’d rather happily purchase another Infiniti here.

The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.

I was looking into buying a mini SUV and was just browsing when we were introduced to the sales rep, Sam Wong. He was very friendly and approachable. When we finally settled on a car, he answered all of our questions and met all of our requests/demands as we were very specific about what we wanted. Sam was very poised and professional and we couldn't be any happier with the excellent service that he provided to us. To say the least, we ended up getting a car that day and we felt really good about the purchase because Sam met our demands and helped us get what we wanted. When the car finally arrived at the dealership, Sam greeted us at the door and went through the bells and whistles of the car with me to make sure I knew what buttons to press and what the different functions were for. If I had to fill out a survey for him, I would've given him a 10/10!

Trustworthy & Helpful, great experience from the start. Left it a while before posting to make sure everything went ok with the car. We had a minor issue with the car we purchased the day after we bought it, it turned out to be nothing in the end but the guys at Granville auto were willing to help us as soon as the problem occurred. This is the reason we bought from a dealership over a private owner in the first place. Thanks again Granville Island Auto, would recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car.
