Went there to correct a tailgate recall. Had a great experience. Friendly staff. Front desk girl Leona was very friendly she showed me to the waiting area and in less than an hour my car was fixed. Awesome staff! Great high quality service!

Great service department. Service advisers listened to my concerns and got my vehicle fixed quickly. As well, the invoice was clear on what was done on my vehicle and what may have been the issue.

Although past visits were much more satisfactory, my service visit on this occasion did not go well. Vehicle was dropped off early on Day 1 appointment, but never looked at through the day. Work did get completed on Day 2 but too late in the day for pickup. Vehicle then had to stay in for 3 more days over the long weekend. When we did finally pick up the vehicle, the bill was more than double the original quote. Additional work was done, but no one had called to discuss the change in work scope. The repairs were done correctly and we appreciate the quality there. This overall experience was not up to past positive work done by Brown Brothers. Hopefully a one-time blip.

Awesome dealership, loads of selection, bought 2 cars from there till now. There lounge is nice and spacious, awesome coffee machine, and the showroom is huge they have many models on display.

This is the terrible dealership that I've ever got. Of course they were nice and kind before I bought a car. They were even nice for a few months. When I bought the car, they offered me 3 deals and wrote it down on the document. One of them is set of tires because I saw that I need to change it in 1 year based on the car proof. I went to my car's service centre and one man said I need to change tires. So I called to iautohaus , manager, for tires. He said the previous manager is not working and how I am going to prove I haven't changed it yet. Why do I need to prove it? If they give me money to change it, I can. But they never give money to customers for those reasons. I even asked about it to a lawyer and he even said they are breaching the contract. I got an email from the lawyer and sent it to that manager. He's still like "it's unfair. Why I didn't change tires right after I bought the car". I told him several times I did not need to change tires. And even there's nothing about due dates when I need to change tires. If I need to change right after I bought that car, I would have to let them change tires first. This new manager ( I don't know how long he has been hiring for that position) doesn't reply the email. Even when I called them, he's not there based on one employee but she told me "one moment". if he takes a day off, she probably knows it. I'm going to sue them in small claims court If they keep ignoring my email and contract. I don't care how much it costs to sue them even if it's a way more expensive than tires.

I bought a vehicle from iAuto Haus and l have to say that it was one of the greatest and easiest car buying experience l have ever had. I called the dealership and spoke with Andrei and asked about the vehicle, he gave me all the specs and said that if l had time come down and see the vehicle. So l went and spoke with Andrei and he was very professional, polite and easy to deal with. I felt no pressure from him to buy, he was just a very nice guy. I liked the car and we started to talk about a deal and they made that super easy as well. He introduced me to Joseph to talk more about the deal and again Joseph listened to me and was extremely professional and upfront on the price and without a drawn out barter back and forth we agreed to a price that we both liked. I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and l know buying from a smaller dealership does create some apprehension, but thank you Guys for going against the grain and providing exceptional customer service. I would recommend you guys to anyone that l know and l will be back in the future. A big THANK YOU to Andrei and Joseph :)...
