#mack #lily these 2 people where amazing. The team here at Nissan where outstanding. Going in I knew I had some issues with some things in the past. They where able to work with me and never stopped till I was in a newer vehicle.

Was frustrated going in due to a car accident, but got great service, a great courtesy car, great repairs/replacements and the courtesy wash really made my day. Did not expect such a high level of service, but obviously I'm not comparing either!

I bought a Kioti CK2610 from HCE a few months ago. I've got just over 50 hours on her now. I am very pleased with the purchase. I studied the Kubota offerings very carefully and at the last minute jumped to Kioti. I think I would have been perfectly happy with Kubota, however, I feel that I got a little bit more tractor for a little less money with Kioti. I have used the HCE service for two problems, one was a call out and the other resolved over the phone. They were small things but they gave me a taste of the HCE after sales service. I felt that the call-out time was reasonable and the service quality from the engineer was excellent. This experience has increased my confidence in HCE and Kioti. I live North of Nanaimo and though HCE are abased in Duncan, they have a kind of virtual presence in courtenay. I am a noob with tractors and farm equipment, so I can't give a comparison with all the many retailers and products I've used of this type over the years but I feel that the decision to buy Kioti from HCE was good for me.

Honest advice, honest prices. Dale looks to find the right solution, not the most profitable. Thanks for years of great service WFO

Awesome service, when a wind storm knocked out power to my parents place for multiple days they went out of their way to help me get a generator so my mom's essential medical equipment could be charged up and powered. Thanks to everyone there, you really helped us out!

Very good experience pre and post purchase, great staff, excellent service. I had issues with my new unit and had it in their shop the next day, and returned back within the week so I can enjoy one last long weekend.

Honda treats its customers is totally true and not just a saying. Had a great experience there. Everyone I dealt with took great care of me. No aggressive or pressure sales here. Besides getting a new car I love. Highly recommend them.
